This place is amazing. I had trouble with our unit (all our fault, long story) but they were so responsive it blew me away. They really made sure we were ok and even said hey, you have small children and its hot we are going to get this done as fast as possible. The tech was just amazing and Mike the owner is as good as it gets. If you are going to have HVAC work done, this is the ONLY place you should consider. Period.

Over the weekend, our thermostat lost power and after several DIY attempts, we decided to reach out to Oasis. We called on Sunday afternoon and they were able to schedule an appointment at 7 am the following morning. They were prompt and efficient. He took the time to explain what he was doing and as he diagnosed our issue. Within an hour, our furnace was up and running. We will definitely be using them again!

Oasis proved to be as good as all their reviews claim. Asim was the expert technician who came to service our furnace today and he was the ultimate professional, obviously a seasoned expert, and was undoubtedly honest, clear, and efficient with regards to what he was going to do, then did what he said he was going to do, and finally reviewed every detail with me upon completion of his excellent work. I was thoroughly impressed with Oasis and especially Asim’s thoroughness and superb customer service. I would not hesitate to call on them again in a heartbeat!

I received excellent furnace services from Oasis. We got a service call from Josh of Oasis after we placed the call. It was a cold day and it was a pleasant surprise to get an HVAC service call so quickly. Josh was able to fix the issue very quickly but pointed out that the unit was reaching its end-of-life. A few days later the unit failed and Josh came again to get us going again. This time we agreed that the unit needed to be replaced, and we were able to get a new unit in place very quickly at a very reasonable price.
