About ten years ago, I had a problem with my furnace, found Oasis by chance and have used the company ever since. Last year, Damir and his crew installed a new furnace and cooling system, and a year after he did preventive maintenance. Damir is always very professional, punctual, friendly and also gives you helpful tips about how to use the system more efficiently.
The company prices are fair and scheduling appointments is easy. Definitely recommend this company!

The water heater in my rental unit broke on Monday and the great people at Oasis were able to come save the day early on Tuesday. Since it needed to be replaced, I was interested in getting a 40 gallon tank to replace the old 30 gallon tank that broke. Chris, one of their plumbers, worked with me over the phone and by text to determine whether a 40g would fit. (I sent photos and dimensions.) He was very patient, knowledgeable, and honest. Tuesday morning a couple guys from Oasis came over, fixed everything up, cleaned the area, and even moved some pipes around to make the 40 gallon tank fit. Everything is working perfectly so far. There's something about this business that inspires trust in me. They don't try to upsell. It just feels like a good old fashioned family business. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Oasis. The service Tech (Naem) was on time, very professional and super friendly. Naem went out of his way to find out why my compressor(AC) wasn't turning over. He tested the system and said it was only a faulty capacitor. He could have easily told me I needed a new compressor and that it would have costed $1000 or more to replace. Working with Oasis Heating & Cooling has been a deeply frustrating and disappointing experience. After their work was completed, we submitted payment promptly. Unbeknownst to us, our owner also issued a duplicate payment — resulting in Oasis being paid twice for the same job.

Despite providing all necessary documentation, including transaction records and screenshots clearly showing both payments, the company has refused to issue a refund for the $1,400 overpayment. We've made every reasonable effort to resolve this, but they’ve been unresponsive and unwilling to do the right thing.

At this point, we’re at risk of losing over $1,400 due to their negligence and lack of accountability. I strongly urge others to avoid this company and choose a business that operates with honesty and integrity.

Desperately needed a new furnace as it was dying right around the time Chicago was having extreme cold weather in February 2025. I shopped around and called a few places and felt all except Oasis where overpricing/taking advantage probably because I needed a new furnace. I have had very good experiences with Mike and his team over the years at Oasis HVAC. A few years ago when we first moved into the house, another HVAC company provided maintenance to the system while disconnecting the overflow drain switch on the AC coil pan. Therefore the unit ran for days and flooded our downstairs DEN. Oasis saved the day, reinstalling the switch and fixing the system. Now our old system is 19 years old and makes no sense to pay $1,000 to fix it so yesterday we decided to replace it.

Mike came out to look at the old central air and heating furnace unit which is in the upstairs of our bungalow. Seated horizontally, it was going to take a lot of work to get the old unit out and the new unit in. We selected the American Standard (highest rated in the industry a.k.a. Trane) 80K BTU 2 stage furnace/central air and an American Standard 3.5 ton 13 seer A/C unit outside. The team of 5 guys came out to install it just 4 days after signing the contract promptly at 7:00am and completed the entire job at 2:30pm. They had originally thought it would take a day and a half. I also elected the annual maintenance which they come out 2 times per year and will also cover labor, along with manufacturer's hardware warranty for 10 years.

The units are EXTREMELY quiet, you cannot even hear them run. Especially being outside and entertaining the patio. My electric bills are also expected to decrease significantly. The 19 year old previous system originally purchased from Sears was costing an additional $400/month just to run in the summer to to mention the old freon was $220.00 per pound.

I am VERY satisfied with Oasis HVAC, quality product, quality service, attention to detail, professional and courteous. They also don't change extra for after hours emergency maintenance and have been easy to reach in the time of need and arrive at the house in 1-2 hours after creating an appointment.
