Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I called Oasis last Saturday morning, due to a noisy, rattling furnace. The owner, Mike took my call, and came to my house in about 25 minutes. He knew right away that a fan’s bearings required the fan to be replaced. He picked up the replacement fan that morning and had a very competent technician, Jason, replace the fan on Monday. Chris is one hell of a plumber. 100% knows his stuff, is efficient, and is willing to explain multiple times for people who don't know jack about plumbing!
Fixed a broken valve under my kitchen sink, and because of how old my building is, there was a blockage that formed that tanked the water pressure. He came back, helped us identify the problem, and now we know how to fix it!

Chris came to work on our plumbing and was excellent! We had a mysterious clog for months that our own attempts at routing hadn’t cleared. He came in, helped diagnose the issue, and then fixed it. The job ended up being more involved, but Chris ran out right away to get parts and had a whole piece replaced and working within a couple of hours. We felt the price was reasonable both for the time, parts, and work. We will definitely call them again!

He was off the clock but still came because I wouldn’t have heat on that cold winter night if my furnace didn’t get fixed. My boiler kept overfilling. Found Oasis on Google. Text them at 6am. About 7:15 Danny was here. Found the problem and explained what had to be done. We had a great experience and would highly recommend. Our furnace stopped working around 8PM in the middle of a Chicago winter. We called at least three different places before Oasis and the companies had said they couldn’t send someone out and left it at that. I spoke with someone from Oasis and he was friendly and assured me that our pipes would be fine through the night and would send someone out first thing in the morning and got us scheduled right away.

Someone came in the morning and suggested that we replace our 23 yr old furnace since the replacement part would be 1/5 of the cost. We were able to get someone out a few hours later to replace our furnace and humidifier at a competitive rate. I really appreciate the ease of appt scheduling and their professional staff especially during a time where we were panicking a bit!
