I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. Love Oasis. I use them for yearly maintenance. They’ve installed a new A/C unit and furnace in past couple of years and just had them put in a new water heater. Chris came out for the job. I had the most wonderful experience with the team at Oasis Heating & Cooling. Today I had Damir, Amir, Anel, and Vaha out to replace a part in my unit. They were efficient, professional, kind, and completely fixed my issue.

I moved into my condo in April 2021 and my air conditioner has never worked correctly until now. I replaced the entire unit in 2021 with a company that is now out of business. Even that new unit did not work right. I finally did my research and found Oasis. I can’t stress enough how wonderful this company and specifically this team has been to work with. Oasis Heating and Cooling have serviced my HVAC systems for many years. They have been an excellent company for us. This past winter our furnace went out late on a very cold Saturday night. We called Oasis at 10pm; they offered to send out someone that evening or we could have them come first thing in the morning. We opted for early Sunday morning - Damir was at our door at 6:30am on Sunday morning. He fixed the unit and restored our heat.
This past week one of our 12 year old AC units stopped working and we contacted Oasis. They sent Damir and his son to check out the unit. After determining the problem and discussing repair vs replace we opted replace. They had the new unit in place and working two days later.
Oasis has a wonderful preferred service program that provides discounts for customers who sign up for the annual check up and cleaning service on the heating and cooling units. It saved us $500+ on the new AC unit!
If you want an HVAC company that answers the phone, shows up on time, has very knowledgeable and skilled technicians, and genuinely values and takes care of their customers this should be your company.

I have been using Oasis for the four years I have lived in this home. What I know is they are always on time for appointments, and their techs are considerate of your home, pets and you the customer.
They do everything well from a spring tune up to installing a new condenser unit. Haani has been here several times, each time conducting himself very professionally while having completed knowledge of HVAC systems. One time even the owner Mike came when the weather was very hot and they were very busy.

I recently hired Oasis to replace three AC units and a furnace. I have to say that the entire process went very smoothly. From job quoting to signing the contract, to office communication scheduling the job dates, then to getting the systems installed, Oasis team is very organized and efficient. On the days of the job (took two days since multiple systems were being replaced), the installation crew, Fernando and Michael (there was another gentleman on the second day, sorry, I didn’t get his name) showed up on time, removed the old and installed the new systems seamlessly. They were very friendly, patiently answered all my questions, and cleaned everything after the job was done.

One extra note I want to add is that during the quoting process, I mentioned a small pipe leaking problem with one of the water heaters in the property. The owner Mike agreed to fix this small issue free of charge (thanks, Mike). The office sent a plumbing technician out on a separate day to get it fixed. This gentleman was also very friendly, professional, and got the job done neatly. Overall, Oasis definitely made me feel that they are the kind of company who stands behind their work, who I can trust when there is a HVAC or plumbing need.

Called about replacing entire hvac system, was able to get a quote immediately over the phone with just pictures of our current system, being spring before and after the busy season the quote was very fair and what I was expecting, in line with the previous replacements I’ve done on other properties. Scheduled service for when was convenient for us and worked for them. In at 8am and complete by 2pm.
New unit tested out much more efficient than the much older previous system and no surprises in cost or services not quoted.
Damir, Harvee and Amir were all very friendly, professional, respectful and informational.
Being the person my friends all come to for home improvement and contractor advice (real estate side gig for 25+ years) I will whole heartedly recommend this team and Oasis.
