Why consider an indoor filtration system from Oasis Heating & Cooling?

Indoor air pollutants are unwanted, sometimes harmful materials in the air. Indoor air pollution is among the top five environmental health risks. One of the best ways to address this risk is to control or eliminate the sources of pollutants, and to ventilate a home with clean outdoor air. The ventilation method will be limited by weather conditions or undesirable levels of contaminants contained in outdoor air. If these measures are insufficient, an air cleaning device will be useful.

Indoor Air Pollutants

Pollutants that can affect air quality in a home fall into the following categories:

Particulate matter includes dust, smoke, pollen, animal dander, tobacco smoke, particles generated from combustion appliances such as cooking stoves, and particles associated with tiny organisms such as:

  • dust mites
  • molds
  • bacteria
  • viruses

Gaseous pollutants come from combustion processes. Sources include gas cooking stoves, vehicle exhaust and tobacco smoke. They also come from:

  • building materials
  • furnishings
  • the use of products such as
    • adhesives
    • paints
    • varnishes
    • cleaning products
    • pesticides

Indoor air pollution is among the top five environmental health risks. The best way to address this risk is to control or eliminate the sources of pollutants, and to ventilate a home with clean outdoor air. The ventilation method may, however, be limited by weather conditions or undesirable levels of contaminants in outdoor air. If these measures are insufficient, an air cleaning device may be useful.

RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL AIR FILTRATION SERVICES
Air Cleaners & Purifiers

Air cleaners and air purifiers work to remove various types of pollutants from your home’s air. They work similarly to your air conditioner’s filter, but often have a higher level of filtration, and they also run at all times instead of just when you need heating and cooling. In addition to particle filtration, cleaners and purifiers that absorb gases and use UV light to destroy bacteria, viruses, and mold are also available.

Ventilators

Ventilators help provide circulation in homes that are too tightly sealed to have natural ventilation. They draw in and filter outside air while pumping out indoor air and the pollutants that collected in it. Heat exchanger models are available that minimize the temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor air by passing them by each other so that heat transfers to the cooler air and both the inflow and outflow are roughly the same temperatures.

This place is amazing. I had trouble with our unit (all our fault, long story) but they were so responsive it blew me away. They really made sure we were ok and even said hey, you have small children and its hot we are going to get this done as fast as possible. The tech was just amazing and Mike the owner is as good as it gets. If you are going to have HVAC work done, this is the ONLY place you should consider. Period.

I called Oasis based on Yelp reviews. The reviews were so good that I was suspect of them. Nope. Oasis is that good. It was the first hot days in May and we turned on the AC at the salon. It wasn't working. The soonest they could take us was almost a week later, which i completely understood. I'm sure everyone found out that their AC wasn't working those suddenly hot days. The woman who called to schedule our appointment was extremely professional and helpful. I told her I'm available at any time, short notice, to get an earlier time. Turned out they ended up being able to take me at 7am the day before our original appointment.
