Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Danny was able to assess the situation, provide an immediate fix, and even commit to returning Monday morning to provide additional services needed. Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

The folks with Oasis showed up right on time and replaced my entire furnace and condenser in about 4.5 hours. I had just redone my laundry room where the furnace is and they took great care not to damage anything. Overall very happy with the service and very happy with how respectful the installers were.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

This is a highly trusted business. I've worked with them for the past 10 years and they are absolutely, hands down one of the best customer focused businesses I've come across. I had an issue with my A/C recently (during one of those 90+ degree nights) and called to leave a message for the morning.......the owner of the business Mike Causevich answered my call and walked me thru what to do to fix my system without them having to come out. (July ‘26) Reached out as my AC went out. Was ghosted by Craig. Understand it was a holiday weekend. But no followup even the next week. Very disappointing. (January ‘26) The nicest man came out at 7am to check out my system. And then another super nice person came out at 12:30pm, part in hand to fix my system, saving me from having to replace my furnace. Both people were kind, professional, and worked quickly. I’ll be using them again, for sure!
