They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. Joseph, the technician, came over to do a maintenance checkup for our 1-year old furnace and to the replace the damper on our Aprilaire humidifier. Joseph replaced the humidifier damper and showed me how to do it myself. After Joseph inspected my furnace he pointed out a potential problem with the compressor.
