They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. Oasis came through for us when our furnace went out in the middle of the night this January while our dog sitter was here and we were out of town. They showed up within 8 hours and installed a part to get it through the weekend until they could come back for the full replacement. A few months later, Damir returned to help install a new thermostat when the old one started acting up. Overall one of the better experiences I've had with a service company in my 10 years in the city. Hats off to the Oasis team, and thanks again to Damir.
