My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. The installation was completed in 4 hours and the result vastly improved not just the coolness of our home but the noise factor, it is unbelievable how much quieter with the new system. I have been using Oasis for several years. They installed my Space Pak a/c system, as well as (later) a new hot water heater. They service my boiler and the Space Pak and the hot water heater, on a regular basis. Communication is always excellent. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. And those few times when I've had an emergency, they've been there quickly (and times where I've had concerns, only to determine that it was my stupidity, they haven't charged me for the visits). I have had very good experiences with Mike and his team over the years at Oasis HVAC. A few years ago when we first moved into the house, another HVAC company provided maintenance to the system while disconnecting the overflow drain switch on the AC coil pan. Therefore the unit ran for days and flooded our downstairs DEN. Oasis saved the day, reinstalling the switch and fixing the system. Now our old system is 19 years old and makes no sense to pay $1,000 to fix it so yesterday we decided to replace it. Mike came out to look at the old central air and heating furnace unit which is in the upstairs of our bungalow. Seated horizontally, it was going to take a lot of work to get the old unit out and the new unit in. We selected the American Standard (highest rated in the industry a.k.a. Trane) 80K BTU 2 stage furnace/central air and an American Standard 3.5 ton 13 seer A/C unit outside. The team of 5 guys came out to install it just 4 days after signing the contract promptly at 7:00am and completed the entire job at 2:30pm. They had originally thought it would take a day and a half. I also elected the annual maintenance which they come out 2 times per year and will also cover labor, along with manufacturer's hardware warranty for 10 years. The units are EXTREMELY quiet, you cannot even hear them run. Especially being outside and entertaining the patio. My electric bills are also expected to decrease significantly. The 19 year old previous system originally purchased from Sears was costing an additional $400/month just to run in the summer to to mention the old freon was $220.00 per pound. I am VERY satisfied with Oasis HVAC, quality product, quality service, attention to detail, professional and courteous. They also don't change extra for after hours emergency maintenance and have been easy to reach in the time of need and arrive at the house in 1-2 hours after creating an appointment. Oasis HVAC comes highly recommended from a highly satisfied customer.

Oasis is an outstanding HVAC contractor. We've used them for our home since 2015 and they always offer quick, reliable service. On their recent AC spring maintenance call at our 2-flat they identified that both of our 13-year-old water heaters are were leaking and in need of replacement, as was one of our AC units. THE BEST EXPERIENCE in my 68 years with a home repair. Replaced my central AC. I had worked with Oasis 6 yrs ago small project and was impressed so when this major repair came up I got a couple quotes and I cannot BE HAPPIER WITH MY DECISION to hire OASIS. GOOD HONEST PEOPLE. I have worked with Oasis twice before and both times they have been PHENOMENAL. They're quick, helpful, and actually care about what's best for you, not just what makes them the most money. The first time, my AC went out last summer right before this big heat wave. Every other tech I had out told me I would have to replace the whole thing, and they couldn't do anything for me until after the slate of 95+ degree days we had coming up. Some told me that it would cost thousands to fix my current problem. Oasis came out and 10 minutes later, my tech Damir tells me he's fixed my AC by replacing a part -- he carries a spare in his bag. So he's patched it for the summer -- a $300 solution when I was prepared to spend $8,000+. He also walked me through what was wrong with the system, what would need to be replaced eventually, and how to keep the AC going through the rest of the summer. I felt his price was very reasonable (he even took a little bit off because he misspoke when he told me the original price) and he was able to truly help me, not try to get more money out of me. So this spring, I called them to finally get the AC replaced. First, they came out to do the estimate and explained all the options to getting the AC up the 5th floor. They are very focused on making sure you have a good experience (when I suggested not craning it up all the way, they responded basically "no, that's silly, that would just cost you more money than you need to spend. We're not doing that"). They came out today and in the course of doing the work, found a previously undiscovered leak in the HVAC closet. They immediately called their plumbing team (Amer and Steve) who cancelled other calls to come and help. Amer and Steve thoroughly diagnosed the leak and fixed it fast. They spent almost an hour talking me through the issue and different next steps to get the mold dealt with. The AC work has been great so far -- the team had to move my appointment to Saturday to save me about $9,000 in fees to the city and have been very communicative about the change. TL;DR: If you need a plumbing and heating company, Oasis should be your first call.
