I highly recommend Oasis Heating & Air Conditioning. Everything about their process was expert level service. We had to have our entire unit replaced. The service guys Anel and Vaha did an awesome job in moving the new unit to a proper location in our backyard and installing quickly on a very hot day. Oasis gave a much better quote then other companies. I will use them for everything AC and furnace. Thank you Oasis!!!

Thank you to Mike who sent me his three angels today on the hottest day of the year. Thank you Anel , Vaha, and Kiki. They showed up on time. These boys were very professional, polite, kind, and oh my god clean. They did such a good job. I called during the middle of a heatwave when my A/C died. Mike quoted me on Monday and Installed on Tuesday. Very affordable and have very competitive pricing. I got three other quotes, that were just outrageous compared to Oasis. The pricing was very fair, especially for this economy. When the furnace finally dies I know where I’m getting my new one. Thank you for squeezing us in, and thank you for the fantastic customer service.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this company and their service. They sent someone same day to service our broken air conditioning unit. We are supposed to have 90+ degree weather this weekend so we really appreciated how quickly they came. When my furnace started failing this past winter I contacted multiple HVAC contractors. Oasis was the only contract who didn't try to sell me on an immediate replacement. They cleaned the unit which got it working well enough to last another winter. They also provided a no-frills quote that the least expensive of their competitors. It felt like their priority was working with me to find the optimal solution to fit my budget.Fast-forward to this week. Oasis replaced my entire HVAC. Oasis Heating and Cooling really helped us out when the very old air conditioner that came with our condo died during a heat wave. We needed a crane to get the new AC unit on our roof and, despite that, Oasis was able to schedule us to install the new AC on Monday when we called for help on Friday morning.The team who did the install was also fantastic: Fernando, Michael, and Amir. My AC was not working when I woke up in my home this past Saturday. I called Oasis and Damir called me soon after saying he was 20 minutes out. He arrived and took a look, and was able to diagnose the issue right away with a new capacitor. The diagnosis and work in total took about 30 minutes. Since the unit was under warranty I only had to pay for service. Damir was incredibly efficient, professional and knowledgeable as he educated me about what was going on and how he was going to fix it. The service was prompt, thorough and incredible! He had my AC back to working in no time at all!

Oasis to the rescue! After my air conditioning unit went out last night, Oasis was at my door by 10 AM this morning. I cannnot recommend Oasis Heating & Cooling more! We have used them twice so far. Once for installing 2 HVACs in our city townhouse, requiring a crane and removal of old units. The process was smooth all the way through. Hani and his team were professional and communicated well from estimate to completion. Following that experience, we continued with maintenance of our HVACs with Oasis over several years.This month, we just purchased a home in Chicago. The previous homeowner had at least 1 dog and left visible dog hair throughout the home. After cleaning the house, I looked in the vents and found more dog hair. We decided to call Oasis for a Vent Cleaning estimate, a relatively new service they provide. Although their schedule was full with A/C jobs, they fit us in because we hadn't yet moved in, so access to the vents was easier. Vaha, Kike, Fernando and their team were amazing, particularly on a warm and humid day, which you can't run AC while the cleaning is in process. They went above and beyond fixing and replacing vent covers that were reversed throughout the house. Again, they communicated through the entire process and took care of everything that came up during the service.We did get estimates from other vent cleaners who offer initially low looking rates, but then charge per vent that they clean or have other ways of making the price difference up. I also found some of them to be uncaring and/or pushy about their service - very "take it or leave it" attitudes. Oasis is reasonable with a per HVAC charge that includes all vents that are connected to that HVAC. Their equipment is top notch and their staff - from estimate to completion are caring and professional.I would not hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend their services! This is a fantastic company!

I was incredibly impressed with my first interaction with Oasis Heating and Cooling. On a Sunday morning, we woke up to a broken air conditioner. That particular day was over 90 degrees and extremely humid, and we were hosting a birthday party for my 1-year-old son. With a large number of guests arriving in the next two hours, the AC breakdown couldn't have happened at a worse time.I called various heating and cooling companies across the city, but none were available on a Sunday, and the next available appointments were not until the following week. I knew it was a long shot to get someone to our home on short notice on a Sunday morning.However, this is where Oasis Heating and Cooling truly stood out with their exceptional service and customer care. I left a message with their team, and they showed a tremendous amount of care and concern for our situation. I will always call Oasis Heating and Cooling first from now on! My air conditioning stopped working during a heat wave and after being told I needed a whole new furnace unit, and that I probably should replace the AC too, I decided to call Oasis to compare quotes before spending $8000+. Incredibly responsive on a Saturday at the start of a 3-day heat wave. They were able to come out the same day a few hours after I called and they quickly diagnosed what was wrong with one A/C unit not blowing cold air (it wasn’t what I thought it was). The technician fixed the problem (dead capacitor) and performed a full cleaning and check up on both A/C units’ condensers and coolant charges. He took before & after pictures of everything and explained each issue to me during the process – – very reassuring. Expensive, but if you ask for a discount, they were friendly about obliging.Professional, polite, articulate, and thorough.

Mike & Aiden came out to assess what others had diagnosed as an uncharged condenser, missing wires, and a faulty thermostat. The root cause of the issue was quickly identified, a solution was agreed upon that got our A/C running immediately, and the work was completed timely. I called at 10:30 at night - they answer the phone 24 hours - and chose not to have emergency service but Mike called me at 7:04 in the morning to schedule a time THAT SAME DAY to repair my unit. He came out at 9:30 am, diagnosed it right away, and brought the right part with him "because it's usually this part" to make a fast repair. Fast, simple, done. Plus Mike is about the nicest guy you can meet when you are stressed out about the potential of an unforeseen major repair.

Last week my AC condenser finally gave out and I called Oasis to get an estimate on replacing the unit. My water heater and furnace had also been on my mind to replace this year, and Oasis was able to quickly give me an estimate, to tweak it slightly to meet my request for increased energy efficiency, and were able to install all 3 pieces of equipment and test them in 1 day. I had a great experience working with their team, including Damir, who advised on what equipment types were ideal for the space I had available, and Vaha and Anel, who made sure the installation was smooth, clean, and helped configure my new thermostat as well. There was a minor fix needed to complete the work, and they came back quickly the next day to resolve it. I spoke to the owner, Mike, several times throughout the process and he was always quick to pick up the phone and respond immediately to make sure things were going well. Would definitely recommend working with Oasis.
