Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

This is a highly trusted business. I've worked with them for the past 10 years and they are absolutely, hands down one of the best customer focused businesses I've come across. I had an issue with my A/C recently (during one of those 90+ degree nights) and called to leave a message for the morning.......the owner of the business Mike Causevich answered my call and walked me thru what to do to fix my system without them having to come out. I give them my highest recommendation.

Mike arrived early which was awesome. He was professional and explained what he found during his inspection. The furnace looked new when he finished. We discussed the age of the furnace and the price and advantages of a new unit. He also checked my intake filter. I had installed it wrong!

Great experience with Steve and Amer, Oasis plumbers!! I’ve had several plumbing repair projects in the past few months, and Steve and Amer did a really fantastic job with each project. I highly recommend these guys. In addition to being very knowledgeable and professional, they are very honest and they don’t try to upsell. They do excellent work at a reasonable price and they have a really good understanding of the specific plumbing challenges in older buildings like mine. They also happen to be really nice guys in general. They explain everything clearly and patiently without being condescending in any way. Oasis installed a new A/C in our condo and we had a great experience from start to finish. The owner, Mike, came out to provide a cost estimate and was very knowledgeable. I appreciated that Mike recommended a specific A/C solution for our needs, whereas other companies we engaged presented multiple product options with no explanation of the differences. Fernando, Serge and Joe handled the installation and were total pros— punctual, communicative, efficient and tidy. They encountered a setback with the crane and got it handled fast, calling a 2nd crane out to the building in no time. They also identified a problematic piece of piping from a previous install and fixed it on the spot. I’ll definitely be using Oasis for future HVAC needs.

Joseph and Kwee showed up on time and were very polite. We promptly went to basement where the PVC pipe for my HVAC drainage had snapped in half. Joseph took a look and told me exactly how he was going to fix/replace the broken pipe. I was in a rush because I was on a client call when they arrived (my fault for not checking my calendar). As I ran upstairs, Joseph asked if I wanted to review pricing, which would have slipped my mind had he not stopped me. I’m very grateful he took the initiative to do that. I was surprised at the price of $225 as other companies had quoted me much higher prices. Once that was agreed upon, Joseph and Kwee got to work and were finished in about 20 minutes. The process was seamless and they were careful about being quiet as they were leaving to not disrupt my call. I will definitely be calling Oasis for my next plumbing job.
