Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Once for installing 2 HVACs in our city townhouse, requiring a crane and removal of old units. The process was smooth all the way through. Hani and his team were professional and communicated well from estimate to completion. Following that experience, we continued with maintenance of our HVACs with Oasis over several years.This month, we just purchased a home in Chicago. The previous homeowner had at least 1 dog and left visible dog hair throughout the home. After cleaning the house, I looked in the vents and found more dog hair. We decided to call Oasis for a Vent Cleaning estimate, a relatively new service they provide. Although their schedule was full with A/C jobs, they fit us in because we hadn't yet moved in, so access to the vents was easier. Vaha, Kike, Fernando and their team were amazing, particularly on a warm and humid day, which you can't run AC while the cleaning is in process. They went above and beyond fixing and replacing vent covers that were reversed throughout the house. Again, they communicated through the entire process and took care of everything that came up during the service.We did get estimates from other vent cleaners who offer initially low looking rates, but then charge per vent that they clean or have other ways of making the price difference up. I also found some of them to be uncaring and/or pushy about their service - very "take it or leave it" attitudes. Oasis is reasonable with a per HVAC charge that includes all vents that are connected to that HVAC. Their equipment is top notch and their staff - from estimate to completion are caring and professional.I would not hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend their services!
