The OASIS team was fabulous in resolving our emergency and quickly installing a needed new compressor. The compressor was damaged when other workmen were working on a separate system at our house. We were imminently leaving the country. We urgently called Oasis. Mike quickly identified a new unit, ordered it and had it installed the next day. The installation team including Michael and others were so easy to work with and did a great job. THANK YOU, OASIS! Now we can leave the country for our trip with peace of mind! We will always trust you with our system needs!

I had an issue with my A/C recently (during one of those 90+ degree nights) and called to leave a message for the morning.......the owner of the business Mike Causevich answered my call and walked me thru what to do to fix my system without them having to come out. (July ‘26) Reached out as my AC went out. Was ghosted by Craig. Understand it was a holiday weekend. But no followup even the next week. Very disappointing. (January ‘26) The nicest man came out at 7am to check out my system. And then another super nice person came out at 12:30pm, part in hand to fix my system, saving me from having to replace my furnace. Both people were kind, professional, and worked quickly. I’ll be using them again, for sure!
