I have known Mike for over 25+ years. His crew has installed new heating and cooling systems for me, with vents and ductwork installation, hot water heaters and has serviced and maintained same over the years. They are reliable and always available when you need them. Recently, he replaced the heating and cooling system at my parent's house. He came out right away to assess and provide an estimate for the work and 3 days later my parents had their new system to initiate the winter season worry-free. We had a new AC and furnace replaced in our condo. The work was completed on a Monday. On Saturday morning, there was a lot of water coming down into the utility closet. We called in to the office immediately and since it was a holiday weekend, there was no availability until Tuesday morning. Saturday evening, as the dripping continued, it dripped into the pan the unit was sitting in, causing the safety switch to shut down the AC. We texted Naim, the estimator, who reached out to the GM. On Sunday morning, Mike and Alan came out to diagnose the problem. They found out that the new installation was not the problem. The water was coming from the condo unit above us. They went above and beyond by going to the unit and cleaning out the blocked pipe that was the source of the problem. This was done at no charge to us; pretty sure not yo the neighbors upstairs either. I would highly recommend Oasis.

We had Joseph come out to do maintenance on a bad capacitor - he was very communicative, quick and anticipated what it was based on my description on the phone! Really appreciate the excellent service

My AC unit is harder to access since it’s in a tighter spot and he was able to take apart a small piece of it to see the model #. He was very efficient and super helpful and provided solutions. I will definitely be using them again.
