The OASIS team was fabulous in resolving our emergency and quickly installing a needed new compressor. The compressor was damaged when other workmen were working on a separate system at our house. We were imminently leaving the country. We urgently called Oasis. Mike quickly identified a new unit, ordered it and had it installed the next day. The installation team including Michael and others were so easy to work with and did a great job. THANK YOU, OASIS! Now we can leave the country for our trip with peace of mind! We will always trust you with our system needs! And when we needed them again this week, they were out immediately and addressed out needs. Thank you, Oasis! Much appreciated.

UPDATE REVIEW: Josh, the company manager, called, and we discussed the work done. I am receiving a new invoice with the correct tankless water heater information and labor warranty. I paid $7,000 for a new Navien tankless. It replaced my old Noritz tankless. I didn't have hot water for 5 days, so I felt compelled to get the work done (enter whining kids). Normally, I would ask a few more companies for estimates for this type of job. I feel he listened to me, but $7,000 is on the very high end, even though he said it wasn't. The 3/4 gas line was not replaced, and the condensation drains into my existing electric condenser. Alas, lesson learned: go without to get a reasonable price, and don't listen to whining kids about no hot water!! FIRST REVIEW: I'm still waiting for the owner to contact me about my tankless water heater installation.

Mike responded quickly and luckily was nearby so came over pretty fast as well. He was off the clock but still came because I wouldn’t have heat on that cold winter night if my furnace didn’t get fixed. He also explained what went wrong and gave me some tips in case a similar situation occurs in the future. Was reasonably priced as he didn’t charge for the new fuse, overtime, etc. Will definitely use Oasis again for future HVAC needs! Oct 2026: Update - Oasis continues to be my HVAC company, they also do biannual HVAC maintenance for our mid-rise building, and is the company who provides services to all our residents. Naem is usually the person who comes for services and he’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Everyone who has been here were nothing short of polite and respectful. I will be using Oasis’ services indefinitely! Thank you to such a wonderful team!

Great and clean installation

They have replaced both my original AC and furnace over the years and kept them in tip top shape. Workers are always on time for maintenance and the few issues I had with pressure switches in my Rheem furnace. Highly recommend.

Fernando’s installation was very thorough and efficient. I had two hvacs replaced with new furnace and air conditioning. He went above and beyond to make sure all my zoned hvac system were calling properly since there were some issues with the dampers and control panel. Joseph came out a week later to top off the coolant since the AC wasn’t strong enough. Very professional and thorough. They are a top-notch team and would gladly use them again.
