The folks with Oasis showed up right on time and replaced my entire furnace and condenser in about 4.5 hours. I had just redone my laundry room where the furnace is and they took great care not to damage anything. Overall very happy with the service and very happy with how respectful the installers were.

Danny was able to assess the situation, provide an immediate fix, and even commit to returning Monday morning to provide additional services needed. Danny was friendly, informative, professional and FAST! I am thankful I called Oasis for my immediate heating needs and that Danny was the technician who arrived. Top notch service! Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Danny and the folks at Oasis got us a great deal on a new furnace and AC. The install took about 4 hours, and they were also super responsive throughout the process. It was about as good of an experience I’ve had with an HVAC company. I’d highly recommend!

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Fernando’s installation was very thorough and efficient. I had two hvacs replaced with new furnace and air conditioning. He went above and beyond to make sure all my zoned hvac system were calling properly since there were some issues with the dampers and control panel. Joseph came out a week later to top off the coolant since the AC wasn’t strong enough. Very professional and thorough. They are a top-notch team and would gladly use them again.

Service is always top-notch, on time, knowledgeable, and open to questions when needed. I enjoy having Naem come. Hani was communicative & polite, asking if he could show up a bit earlier (how often does that happen with service calls?). He was friendly, professional, respectful of my home, & patient with my questions. He also knew what I wanted - to have the fan not running as loudly - without me even asking.
