My Navien tankless water heater stopped working, and Chris was able to repair the broken parts instead of needing to replace the entire unit, which other companies told me was the best option. He was professional, friendly and did an overall fantastic job. Oasis has also serviced my HVAC system for a few years and the employees are always fair, genuine and seem to be looking out for you :). Thanks for being so great guys!

We had a very upsetting experience with Chris from Oasis. My elderly in-laws had their gas shut off by People’s Gas due to a house pipe leak in the basement. My wife and I drove in from the north suburbs to help them, since this was a stressful and unsafe situation.

When Chris arrived, instead of helping, he insisted nothing could be done until People’s Gas marked the lines which was not relevant since the leak was inside the house. While we were actively looking for the official paperwork from People’s Gas (which clearly stated that a contractor needed to pressure test the system at 3 PSI), Chris had no patience, was rude and yelling, and ultimately left before we could even show it to him.

My in-laws were left without answers, without a repair, and with a very unprofessional encounter. This was not the service we expected, and it was a waste of time in a situation where we needed clarity and help.

I have been doing business with Oasis Heating and Cooling for close to 20 years. Today they conducted a preventative maintenance service call on both my furnace and a/c units. Joseph and Amir were the 2 techs and they both were professional, knowledgeable, and provided efficient service during my hectic work day. Kudos to both of them and to Oasis for continuing to higher great talent.

Very happy with the service when my AC stopped working. Originally Oasis could not do a consultation on the weekend and they put me on a waitlist. Fortunately they contacted me later that day and scheduled me for the weekend. I ended up having to replace my system and they gave me a fair price with an end of season discount. The workers were on time a couple days later, replaced the system quickly and even installed my smart thermostat at no extra charge. Would use Oasis again in a heartbeat!

Update for 2025:
Oasis comes through again. I recently learned that Oasis now offers duct and vent cleaning, so when our dryer stopped drying, I knew just who to call. A phone call Monday got me service Thursday morning. As before, the team was prompt, professional, and effective.

Oasis Heating and Cooling have been so helpful to us. A couple of years ago they replaced our heater during a cold snap, and now they have saved us from the heatwave. Our AC went out Saturday afternoon, and they responded to my service request within an hour and had a tech out Sunday morning. Naem assessed the problem, recommended a new unit (ours was more than 15 years old), and installed a temporary replacement part to carry us through until the installation crew could replace the unit on Wednesday. That crew was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Though the installation took twice the time estimated because they had to rebuild some of the exhaust chimney, the final price was as in the estimate—no extra charges for labor time. Strongly recommend!

Mike was able to come out the day I called, and after some thorough troubleshooting, he was able to diagnose an extremely challenging problem. He kept me informed every step of the way, making sure I understood the issue. To top it off, the pricing was very fair. I really appreciate the excellent service and cannot recommend enough!

All of the services that Oasis provided were excellent. This includes system knowledge, system installation, office notifications for progress updates, check-ins for satisfaction responsiveness and price. If you need a new system, system repair or annual system service Oasis is your best choice!

He came back the next day & installed a new garbage disposal. The repair wasn’t cheap but the service was exemplar. I would recommend Oasis for HVAC & plumbing repairs.

The Oasis crew replaced our HVAC system including AC compressor in just over half a day. They did a fantastic job - delivered what was promised - install looks neat and tidy. They had to get the AC compressor onto the roof of our 3 story building. The crane operator they used was quick and professional. I would recommend Oasis for maintenance and installs of HVAC systems. Great company to work with!

We called Oasis for our A/C unit was out of order on Tuesday and they were out the next day in the morning. Our repairman was Danny and he explained everything that was wrong with the unit, which was a small part to replace. I like Danny’s service today he was very helpful with us. This has been our fourth time using Oasis and it’s always been a good experience. We our glad their in the business of fixing Heating & A/C unit best company around town.

In my 10+ years of living in Chicago, I have had unpleasant experiences being upsold to and mansplained at about HVAC systems. Chicago weather can be so dramatic and that does take a toll on the systems, but I can confidently say the folks at Oasis are the best. Their engineers are super knowledgeable and kind (shoutout to Danny for being our go-to). Their maintenance package makes everything easy and is fairly priced. Their communication / customer service is great. They are an ultimate ally in homeownership.

Our A/C stopped working during a heat wave and we called Oasis after having mediocre experiences with other providers in Chicago. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours and diagnosed that we just needed to clean our outdoor units and replace our filters. After doing that, magically everything worked and we had cool air again. They didn’t try to upsell us or repair something that doesn’t need to be repaired. Love their honesty and we’ll use them again.

Set an appointment for 10am. At 10:20 they let me know they would be an hour late. Changing my plans, I found someone to come and let them in. They must not have pushed the doorbell all the way in, since the person in the house did not hear them. I missed a call from them at 11, but called back within 10 min. They had already moved on, canceled my appointment, and refused to come back the same day. Definitely frustrating and hypocritical after making me wait around all morning. Not nice when your air has been out for multiple days in the heat of the summer.

Our A/C went out. They were able to come the same day (Sunday) and have a look. They figured it out within 5 minutes and said they could be back the next morning.
