Excellent plumber. He arrives ON TIME and is very professional. The quality of work, efficiency and price makes me very happy. Will definitely be giving him all our plumbing work.
Our A/C stopped working during a heat wave and we called Oasis after having mediocre experiences with other providers in Chicago. They were able to come out in less than 24 hours and diagnosed that we just needed to clean our outdoor units and replace our filters. After doing that, magically everything worked and we had cool air again. They didn’t try to upsell us or repair something that doesn’t need to be repaired. Love their honesty and we’ll use them again.

Set an appointment for 10am. At 10:20 they let me know they would be an hour late. Changing my plans, I found someone to come and let them in. They must not have pushed the doorbell all the way in, since the person in the house did not hear them. I missed a call from them at 11, but called back within 10 min. They had already moved on, canceled my appointment, and refused to come back the same day. Definitely frustrating and hypocritical after making me wait around all morning. Not nice when your air has been out for multiple days in the heat of the summer.
Best possible way to do home repair if you can't do it yourself for free. Thanks guys!

Our A/C went out. They were able to come the same day (Sunday) and have a look. They figured it out within 5 minutes and said they could be back the next morning. They came back on time and made the repair. Easy as can be and both techs were extremely polite and helpful. I signed up for their preventative maintenance program.

Completely agree with all the 4/5 reviews. They were very flexible in scheduling the service around my schedule. Worked quickly to determine the issue with my HVAC. Gave me a thorough explanation of the issue. Since it seemed like a common problem they a repair ready at hand. Even did some additional clean up of my outside unit. Wonderful service!

I had a really positive and efficient experience with Oasis. The quote was easy to schedule as was the work that needed to be done. The team was very flexible with a few different proposals, and helped me troubleshoot an issue that came up when my HOA was being difficult about where the condenser could be placed. Their creative solutions were immensely helpful and got us much needed air-conditioning just before the summer heat waves. They also caught an issue that my electricians made, which saved a lot of headache in the future for other projects and to make sure that my unit would stay healthy.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Oasis! From the prompt scheduling to the expert service, an all around great experience. I had a 10:00 am appointment and the tech was running late. He had the courtesy to call and let me know he would be running late. Little thing, but much appreciated! Makes a huge difference. When he arrived he was very professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a timely manner. I will continue to use and recommend Oasis. This company is incredibly responsive and professional. They installed two new furnaces and AC units in 2021 in our home. This wasn’t the easiest with one of the furnaces in the attic. They did an excellent job and the units have been working really well. Today, they did some maintenance service on the furnaces and again were friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. This is a great company to work with!

Oasis stopped serving my area but made an exception because their previous customers recommended them to me. They came out quickly for a diagnose which helped us a lot. They are not cheap but trustworthy.

Before calling Oasis, I had another company inspect our non-working AC. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty furnace circuit board. Since we had a similar problem in the past and replacing the circuit board didn’t solve it then, I asked the technician if he was certain. Although he said he was confident, they couldn’t get the part in a timely manner.
So, I called Oasis—an authorized American Standard dealer—and their technician, Naem, quickly ruled out the circuit board as the issue. He identified a shorted Y1 wire instead and had it repaired in under 30 minutes.
Huge thanks to Naem! Oasis will definitely be our go-to mechanical contractor moving forward.
