I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. My AC unit is harder to access since it’s in a tighter spot and he was able to take apart a small piece of it to see the model #. He was very efficient and super helpful and provided solutions. Had my condenser replaced. After an initial Friday call diagnosed the problem, I made a Monday appointment for installing the new condenser. Later Friday, they called and had a Sunday morning opening. I took that. Two technicians came on time and did the install in a bit less than four hours (I was told on Friday it could take four to six hours). The two technicians were courteous and professional.

I live in a 3 story townhouse in River North, with an arguably terrible HVAC design. It's a horizontal unit on the first floor above the powder room. Great for saving space, but terrible for maintenance and even worse for a replacement. The unit was 21 years old, so ready for a rehaul. We had somewhat of an emergent need, as the drains were clogged and leaking pretty badly, and upon further inspection, black mold had grown all around the humidifier and drain pan. We did our due dilligence and vetted 4 different companies, but after speaking with specialist Danny, we learned that Oasis was the team cut out for the job! (Kudos to him for taking our call on a Saturday when he was in the middle of family time — that is dedication to his job!) He explained his rationale behind his recommendations (e.g. 2.5T model vs 3.5T model), which were different than what currently existed and what the other companies quoted, and I am so glad we listened to his expertise. The unit cools the house so much more efficiently, it is quieter than before, and we have a more balanced climate throughout all 3 floors. The installation was especially difficult because of its location, but the team led by Serge did a phenomenal job. I was worried they'd have to cut the ceiling and give me another headache to worry about, but they spent a total of 4 days to make the necessary accommodations to ensure the install was safe and done correctly. I sincerely appreciated that they didn't upcharge me for the difficult installation and multiple days of work; it shows me they stand behind their promise and want to deliver an excellent service. It was well orchestrated between the dispatch team and the techs, because we had multiple things to check and correct between the leaking/clogged pipe and the HVAC system. The owner Mike even came 2 of the days to oversee his team and help them do their job more efficiently. That says a LOT when you have an owner who rolls up his sleeves to help his guys. Replacing the furnace, AC, humidifier, and thermostat is a BIG investment of both time and money, and you want to feel confident you are picking the right provider. You will be very happy with Oasis.
