I called Oasis this morning because my furnace was not working. Within 20 minutes their technician, Danny, arrived. Danny was able to assess the situation, provide an immediate fix, and even commit to returning Monday morning to provide additional services needed. Danny was friendly, informative, professional and FAST! I am thankful I called Oasis for my immediate heating needs and that Danny was the technician who arrived. Top notch service! Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

I have been a happy client of Oasis for a number of years now and today’s visit from Naim was one of the best. Our AC went out on Saturday night, I posted a service request at about 8pm and Naim arrived Sunday right on time at 11:30am. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me the blown capacitor. Not only did Naim repair the unit quickly and cleanly, he also explained why it happened and gave me some pointers on how to improve the energy efficiency of my AC usage. Would definitely recommend and use again. Had Joseph out here today(7/14/26) for ac service…another great experience with oasis

The OASIS team was fabulous in resolving our emergency and quickly installing a needed new compressor. The compressor was damaged when other workmen were working on a separate system at our house. We were imminently leaving the country. We urgently called Oasis. Mike quickly identified a new unit, ordered it and had it installed the next day. (July ‘26) Reached out as my AC went out. Was ghosted by Craig. Understand it was a holiday weekend. But no followup even the next week. Very disappointing. (January ‘26) The nicest man came out at 7am to check out my system. And then another super nice person came out at 12:30pm, part in hand to fix my system, saving me from having to replace my furnace. Both people were kind, professional, and worked quickly.
