I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Hani was communicative & polite, asking if he could show up a bit earlier (how often does that happen with service calls?). He was friendly, professional, respectful of my home, & patient with my questions. He also knew what I wanted - to have the fan not running as loudly - without me even asking. I’m requesting him for future HVAC service calls with Oasis!

Joseph/Quy/Oasis did a great job explaining what was happening w/my furnace. Joseph covered how the system should work and what was going wrong. He very patiently answered all of my questions. The part was ordered and installed the next day. Quy was quick with the installation and very thorough. Could not have asked for better techs!

Oasis is an outstanding HVAC contractor. We've used them for our home since 2015 and they always offer quick, reliable service. On their recent AC spring maintenance call at our 2-flat they identified that both of our 13-year-old water heaters are were leaking and in need of replacement, as was one of our AC units. They scheduled the work in less than a week and did the 3 jobs in about 5 hours from beginning to end. We received a good price and the work was well done. We highly recommend Oasis!

My neighbor used them to install a new HVAC and had a great experience and recommended. I just needed a routine maintenance and live out of state and rent my condo out so was not going to be there and had my tenant just move out. Oasis (and my tech Dan) are highly profession and FAST. Communication and work is thorough but timely and given the correct amount of urgency. I have an older furnace and after routine maintenance, was shown with visuals a crack in the head exchange with a recommendation within the hour to fix it - not just verbal and the assumption i should trust what is being said - facts. Highly recommend.

Great experience with Steve and Amer, Oasis plumbers!! I’ve had several plumbing repair projects in the past few months, and Steve and Amer did a really fantastic job with each project. I highly recommend these guys. In addition to being very knowledgeable and professional, they are very honest and they don’t try to upsell. They do excellent work at a reasonable price and they have a really good understanding of the specific plumbing challenges in older buildings like mine. They also happen to be really nice guys in general. They explain everything clearly and patiently without being condescending in any way.
