Fernando, Naem and Damir installed my new HVAC system today. They were polite, nice and efficient. They are used to working in my building and even reminded me that work isn’t allowed to start until 8am. They arrived early and started work promptly at 8. I would highly recommended these installers. Oasis has been great in general. They follow up and return emails and phone calls quickly.

UPDATE: We used Oasis for their new duct and drier vent cleaning service and again the team was extremely prompt, polite, and professional. So glad they're expanding their service offerings!Our A/C went out in the middle of summer (of course) and, of all the companies I reached out to for help, Mike from Oasis was the first to come out and assess the situation (within an hour). Our A/C and furnace were original (20+ years old) so we opted to replace them both and Oasis had everything up and running before the week's end. We felt exceedingly comfortable with Mike and his team and will continue to use Oasis for maintenance going forward. Highly recommend!

My boiler gave out and I called around for estimates right before a very good weekend. Danny from Oasis was able to come by at the last minute on a Friday and took the time to explain my options and what he would recommend. I was very impressed with his honesty and knowledge. They came by shortly after that to install the new boiler and hot water heater and the whole crew was great. They explained what they did and sent pictures along the way. Everything is working great and we couldn’t be happier.

I will say Hani from Oasis is by far one of the most professional and kind hearted technicians I have ever come across (I’ve worked with many). Not only was he extremely transparent when explaining the situation that was going on with my water boiler but also throughly checked through all the vents on the property and gave me such good advice on how to prevent future malfunctions and how to maintain more heat throughout my residence. Truly blown away by his professionalism, kindness, and extremely rare honesty. He didn’t try to over sell me on anything or have me pay for any services that I didn’t require or need. Please give this man a raise and some shares of the company because he is truly a one in a million type of technician.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Fantastic service! Within 10 minutes of submitting my service request, it was accepted and confirmed. Mike was professional and friendly, and diagnosed our issue with surgical precision. Took maybe 30 minutes from start to finish and now the AC is running better than ever. They were upfront and transparent about pricing, and even gave a free quote for potential replacement service. Top marks all around, highly recommend!UPDATE: Our furnace went down in the middle of the night, and Oasis support was available at 1:30AM to schedule inspection for that morning. Within 2 days we had a new furnace, expertly installed, for a great price. The installers were in and out working 3 hours, which was much faster than we expected. Said 5 stars before, and I’m sticking with it.BIG recommend!

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can't beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis replaced our 20+ year old furnace which was located on the 3rd floor of our home in a small utility closet. Mike came out to look at our current situation and very patiently explained the options for the best and value priced installation. Our technicians, Amir and Damir, were on time, clean, professional, and friendly throughout this very tough installation. Wherever there was a concern they took the time to explain it to us and come up with the best solution. Thanks to good planning and stocking their truck with a variety of parts to do the work the whole job was done in less than a day.
