They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I had worked with Chris and the team a few months ago when my furnace stopped working and had a positive experience, so I reached out to them for what I thought was proactive maintenance on my AC. Turns out the whole thing had to be replaced (makes sense, it was very old). Naim(?) was super patient and kind with me as I asked a ton of questions to understand the situation - he had the same amount of patience when he came out to assess my broken furnace too!

Damir and team who came out to replace my AC were super kind as well, doing the job efficiently and even offered to help move my stuff back into the hallway after they were done.

Something that stood out to me about this process was the customer service - throughout the process, Mike kept me updated on scheduling, and the whole team overall were great to work with. I'm glad I found a reliable team for my HVAC needs moving forward!

Oasis is a great company with great staff. They are American Standard / Trane authorized dealer experts. Joseph, Chris, Michael and Natalia helped me and were very thorough and communicative and gave me top recommendations for my specific unit and situation.

I had a furnace installed by another company and the process was an absolute nightmare. Installation had several errors and issues that my previous company would not address. Would give more stars if they were available! The Amirs - a great father/son team- arrived on time and were finished in the estimated time. They are perfectionists and left me with a new H/VAC system that is better sized to my needs and the American Standard brand is made in the USA. Joseph came out to diagnose a boiler line leak. He provided options to "cap" the line vs replacing the entire pipe. The work involved cutting the dry wall and I was relieved to see that he didn't need to cut as much drywall as expected...I may not even replace it. Joseph did a fantastic job performing a maintenance check on my furnace. Very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Took time to explain everything to me about the inter workings of a furnace. Came on time, worked quickly but thoroughly. Hopefully my kids learned a thing or two as well! Thanks again!
