Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. Called to fix a common evaporator drain issue. The tech seemed to do an adequate job however the water from the evaporator continued to drain inside my house. Called again, another tech came and he said I was good to go. Still I had water leaking in my house. Called another company and this time the tech did a fantastic job. Actually fixed the problem! Guess which company I’m using to replace my entire system?

Master plumber Steve was extremely knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. He went the extra mile on my service call to troubleshoot and make sure my new shower trim handle was installed. He left the place looking better than before and explained everything to me in detail so I could understand my shower plumbing better. Not the best estimate, pricy for one stage AC installation, the guy who came is nice but still charged for 120$ supposedly for tune up or cleaning but what happened is installation estimate which is just free for other companies.

Oasis was really professional and friendly. They came by for maintenance on our AC units and immediately realized we were low on coolant. They topped us up and didn’t charge for the full amount they used. And their member program is a great deal. You get a discount on maintenance by signing up for reminders, no annual or monthly fee. You get a benefit for something you should probably have anyway, reminders for annual servicing. Will definitely use again!
