My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. And then another super nice person came out at 12:30pm, part in hand to fix my system, saving me from having to replace my furnace. Both people were kind, professional, and worked quickly. I've used Oasis multiple times and each time their service has been excellent. I've used them to replace an A/C and electric furnace in my condo, replacing the gas furnace in my house, and most recently replacing the A/C in my house. I've also used them for regular system checks and diagnostics. What really sets Oasis apart is the personal accountability from the top down. The owner, Mike, has personally stopped by to make sure everything was handled right, and he genuinely goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The best example was when my A/C went out right at the start of a Chicago heat wave. Instead of putting me on a long waiting list like other companies would, Mike helped expedite a fast replacement to get the house cool again right away. Between handling the condo, the house, and dealing with unexpected breakdowns, they have never let me down. They even seamlessly followed all the strict rules and scheduling requirements set by my condo association. Their prices are very reasonable, they are always punctual, they don’t try to upsell you on things you don't need, and they leave the place clean. Finding an HVAC contractor in the city you can actually trust is tough, but Oasis has absolutely earned my repeat business.
