My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. (July ‘26) Reached out as my AC went out. Was ghosted by Craig. Understand it was a holiday weekend. But no followup even the next week. Very disappointing. (January ‘26) The nicest man came out at 7am to check out my system. And then another super nice person came out at 12:30pm, part in hand to fix my system, saving me from having to replace my furnace. Both people were kind, professional, and worked quickly.
