I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. Fernando’s installation was very thorough and efficient. I had two hvacs replaced with new furnace and air conditioning. He went above and beyond to make sure all my zoned hvac system were calling properly since there were some issues with the dampers and control panel. Joseph came out a week later to top off the coolant since the AC wasn’t strong enough. Very professional and thorough. They are a top-notch team and would gladly use them again.
