Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Oasis came through for us when our furnace went out in the middle of the night this January while our dog sitter was here and we were out of town. They showed up within 8 hours and installed a part to get it through the weekend until they could come back for the full replacement. A few months later, Damir returned to help install a new thermostat when the old one started acting up. Overall one of the better experiences I've had with a service company in my 10 years in the city. Hats off to the Oasis team, and thanks again to Damir.

Update: During our AC maintenance appointment, the team discovered a severe leak. Once again, the technicians were incredibly kind and informative, walking us through all our options and the associated pricing. Since the unit is 12 years old and had not been properly maintained before we purchased the home, we decided to replace it. They scheduled the replacement for the very next day, refunded our maintenance fee, and provided a very fair quote that was on the lower end of what we found in our research. I truly cannot recommend this company enough! I feel so much better knowing our entire HVAC system was installed by their team and will continue to be maintained by them annually. —— Such a great experience! Learned about them through referrals in Lakeview. We closed on our apt on Tuesday. I was able to have someone come out on a Wednesday to check out the furnace and dehumidifier. The team was able to replace everything by Friday. I was nervous about up charges with the cold weather just kicking off, but instead, Oasis gave me a discount and helped bring everything up to code (for free or extremely low costs). Highly recommend! I will be purchasing their 2x a year services too. The guys were such gentlemen, on time and super clean. Thank you!!

Joseph came, explained everything I could've needed to know, showed me pictures of the clog, cleaned it out, couldn't have been easier. This is the furnace they installed 10 years ago, we haven't had any issues in 10 years, and this would have been prevented of we got regular services! Happy to support this local company and they do great work. Summer '26 update. Fernando and Joel installed a new AC unit as ours was over 20 years old and started making lots of me noises. Reasonable price, quick service, the unit has been working great for a few months now.

I gathered quotes from two other area HVAC companies for an a/c install. Feeling frustrated and let down with our uncertainty of how necessary this was, we saw an Oasis truck pull up beside us on our drive home. I looked them up and they had great reviews so we scheduled an appointment with them. Eb did the assessment and said he had been working with the company for over a decade, came and diagnosed our issue (same as the two others/best option for our old system was a replacement). He explained what was going on better than anyone else and answered all my questions. Install was done today! Thanks guys! Honest & dependable work!

Called to fix a common evaporator drain issue. The tech seemed to do an adequate job however the water from the evaporator continued to drain inside my house. Called again, another tech came and he said I was good to go. Still I had water leaking in my house. Called another company and this time the tech did a fantastic job. Actually fixed the problem! Guess which company I’m using to replace my entire system?

Not the best estimate, pricy for one stage AC installation, the guy who came is nice but still charged for 120$ supposedly for tune up or cleaning but what happened is installation estimate which is just free for other companies.

Oasis was really professional and friendly. They came by for maintenance on our AC units and immediately realized we were low on coolant. They topped us up and didn’t charge for the full amount they used. And their member program is a great deal. You get a discount on maintenance by signing up for reminders, no annual or monthly fee. You get a benefit for something you should probably have anyway, reminders for annual servicing. Will definitely use again!
