Joseph, the technician, came over to do a maintenance checkup for our 1-year old furnace and to the replace the damper on our Aprilaire humidifier. Joseph replaced the humidifier damper and showed me how to do it myself. After Joseph inspected my furnace he pointed out a potential problem with the compressor.
