My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

The folks with Oasis showed up right on time and replaced my entire furnace and condenser in about 4.5 hours. I had just redone my laundry room where the furnace is and they took great care not to damage anything. Overall very happy with the service and very happy with how respectful the installers were.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Oasis is an outstanding HVAC contractor. We've used them for our home since 2015 and they always offer quick, reliable service. On their recent AC spring maintenance call at our 2-flat they identified that both of our 13-year-old water heaters are were leaking and in need of replacement, as was one of our AC units. They scheduled the work in less than a week and did the 3 jobs in about 5 hours from beginning to end. We received a good price and the work was well done. We highly recommend Oasis!

Great experience with Oasis from start to finish. Hani was very knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to work with. He also stayed involved throughout the entire process, following everything from the initial sale through the completed installation to make sure things went smoothly. My neighbor used them to install a new HVAC and had a great experience and recommended. I just needed a routine maintenance and live out of state and rent my condo out so was not going to be there and had my tenant just move out. Oasis (and my tech Dan) are highly profession and FAST. Communication and work is thorough but timely and given the correct amount of urgency. I have an older furnace and after routine maintenance, was shown with visuals a crack in the head exchange with a recommendation within the hour to fix it - not just verbal and the assumption i should trust what is being said - facts. Highly recommend.

This is a highly trusted business. I've worked with them for the past 10 years and they are absolutely, hands down one of the best customer focused businesses I've come across. Great experience with Steve and Amer, Oasis plumbers!! I’ve had several plumbing repair projects in the past few months, and Steve and Amer did a really fantastic job with each project. I highly recommend these guys. In addition to being very knowledgeable and professional, they are very honest and they don’t try to upsell. They do excellent work at a reasonable price and they have a really good understanding of the specific plumbing challenges in older buildings like mine. Oasis installed a new A/C in our condo and we had a great experience from start to finish. The owner, Mike, came out to provide a cost estimate and was very knowledgeable. I appreciated that Mike recommended a specific A/C solution for our needs, whereas other companies we engaged presented multiple product options with no explanation of the differences. Fernando, Serge and Joe handled the installation and were total pros— punctual, communicative, efficient and tidy. They encountered a setback with the crane and got it handled fast, calling a 2nd crane out to the building in no time. They also identified a problematic piece of piping from a previous install and fixed it on the spot. I’ll definitely be using Oasis for future HVAC needs.
