I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. Serge, Damir, and Samir worked at my business to replace my 20+ year old HVAC system. It was a tricky job as there was an odd placement for my HVAC system. Damir came out to assess what was wrong with my unit and explained what was going on and listened to my concerns about replacing the old unit. I was very nervous that they'd have to cut a giant hole in my kitchen wall, and they found a solution by moving the unit in and out of the closet ceiling to avoid a large drywall repair in my kitchen. They did a fantastic job keeping the work space clean and tidy- when they left, they left my space spotless with a new HVAC! It works great and I'd highly recommend Oasis!

The Oasis team is impressive! Online scheduling was a breeze and we had an appointment all squared away first thing the next morning. Oasis was a lifesaver for us! I called on a Monday night, and our new AC was installed by Tuesday afternoon. The price was HALF of what we were quoted by a competitor, and they were able to do it using a ladder, rather than a crane, which the other guys said was required.
