I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Oasis came last fall to fully replace an AC system that failed. $9000 later I had a new system. First warm streak the next spring, the system didn't work. Oasis sent a technician to the house that told me "it must be your thermostat, you need to get a new Nest." Since I didn't want to sleep with it being 89 degrees in the house, I drove out to the burbs that night to a Target that had a Nest for pickup.... $270 and a few hours of driving later...nothing. Still 89 degrees. A few days later Oasis finally got a qualified technician to the house who determined that the guys who had installed the system last fall, didn't fill the coil. He couldn't believe the last technician didn't even feel the pipes to figure this out. But...even thought it was clearly Oasis's fault...I am stuck with the thermostat bill. Oasis's service department was like "tough luck" would you want us to send a service person out there in the future for free? No thanks...2 out of 3 of your service techs, don't know how to service.

Oasis was really professional and friendly. They came by for maintenance on our AC units and immediately realized we were low on coolant. They topped us up and didn’t charge for the full amount they used. And their member program is a great deal. You get a discount on maintenance by signing up for reminders, no annual or monthly fee. You get a benefit for something you should probably have anyway, reminders for annual servicing. Will definitely use again!
