Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Vaha and Anel installed my new HVAC system THIS MORNING! It took them less than 4 hours. They were quiet, efficient and effective. They treated my dog, my Mom and I with the utmost respect. Upon completion they walked me through the furnace, the condenser and my programmable thermostat. Mike got back to me right away and we were scheduled within 48 hours. Joseph was on time and thoroughly explained everything. He also explained Oasis offers extended warranty simply by scheduling tegular service checks. Dan came to check our furnace out. He was prompt and quick. He gave me a couple reminders and was even kind to our dog!

Oasis is a first class HVAC company. Oasis installed a new MagicPak unit for my condo in River North 1 year ago. Oasis completed the 1 year service as well. All of the services that Oasis provided were excellent. Great service! They came out quickly to replace my water heater and Steve and Amer went out of their way to fix a badly placed shutoff valve in a tight closet. I use Oasis for my HVAC too because they are willing to service the rooftop a/c.
