I have had very good experiences with Mike and his team over the years at Oasis HVAC. A few years ago when we first moved into the house, another HVAC company provided maintenance to the system while disconnecting the overflow drain switch on the AC coil pan. Therefore the unit ran for days and flooded our downstairs DEN. Oasis saved the day, reinstalling the switch and fixing the system. Now our old system is 19 years old and makes no sense to pay $1,000 to fix it so yesterday we decided to replace it.

Mike came out to look at the old central air and heating furnace unit which is in the upstairs of our bungalow. Seated horizontally, it was going to take a lot of work to get the old unit out and the new unit in. We selected the American Standard (highest rated in the industry a.k.a. Trane) 80K BTU 2 stage furnace/central air and an American Standard 3.5 ton 13 seer A/C unit outside. The team of 5 guys came out to install it just 4 days after signing the contract promptly at 7:00am and completed the entire job at 2:30pm. They had originally thought it would take a day and a half. I also elected the annual maintenance which they come out 2 times per year and will also cover labor, along with manufacturer's hardware warranty for 10 years.

The units are EXTREMELY quiet, you cannot even hear them run. Especially being outside and entertaining the patio. My electric bills are also expected to decrease significantly. The 19 year old previous system originally purchased from Sears was costing an additional $400/month just to run in the summer to to mention the old freon was $220.00 per pound.

I am VERY satisfied with Oasis HVAC, quality product, quality service, attention to detail, professional and courteous. They also don't change extra for after hours emergency maintenance and have been easy to reach in the time of need and arrive at the house in 1-2 hours after creating an appointment.

I had the most wonderful experience with the team at Oasis Heating & Cooling. Today I had Damir, Amir, Anel, and Vaha out to replace a part in my unit. They were efficient, professional, kind, and completely fixed my issue.

I moved into my condo in April 2021 and my air conditioner has never worked correctly until now. I replaced the entire unit in 2021 with a company that is now out of business. Oasis Heating and Cooling have serviced my HVAC systems for many years. They have been an excellent company for us. This past winter our furnace went out late on a very cold Saturday night. We called Oasis at 10pm; they offered to send out someone that evening or we could have them come first thing in the morning. We opted for early Sunday morning - Damir was at our door at 6:30am on Sunday morning. He fixed the unit and restored our heat.
This past week one of our 12 year old AC units stopped working and we contacted Oasis. They sent Damir and his son to check out the unit. After determining the problem and discussing repair vs replace we opted replace. They had the new unit in place and working two days later.
Oasis has a wonderful preferred service program that provides discounts for customers who sign up for the annual check up and cleaning service on the heating and cooling units. It saved us $500+ on the new AC unit!
If you want an HVAC company that answers the phone, shows up on time, has very knowledgeable and skilled technicians, and genuinely values and takes care of their customers this should be your company.
