I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Danny and the folks at Oasis got us a great deal on a new furnace and AC. The install took about 4 hours, and they were also super responsive throughout the process. It was about as good of an experience I’ve had with an HVAC company. I’d highly recommend!

Excellent Service – Highly Recommend Hani! Hani from Oasis came out to perform maintenance on my furnace, and I can honestly say he was one of the best HVAC technicians I've ever dealt with. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding! For over four years, I've been dealing with an unusual smell coming from my HVAC system whenever the heat or AC was running. Several technicians have looked at it over the years, but no one could give me a clear explanation of what might be causing it. Hani was the first technician to take the time to thoroughly explain the potential causes, walk me through the system, and discuss possible solutions. His depth of knowledge was impressive, and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. After four years of unanswered questions, I finally have a much better understanding of the issue, thanks to Hani. His professionalism and customer service were truly exceptional. I can't recommend Hani highly enough!** I'll definitely be using Oasis again, and I'll specifically be requesting Hani for any future HVAC service. An excellent technician and an outstanding experience from start to finish!

Vaha and Anel installed my new HVAC system THIS MORNING! It took them less than 4 hours. They were quiet, efficient and effective. They treated my dog, my Mom and I with the utmost respect. Upon completion they walked me through the furnace, the condenser and my programmable thermostat. Mike got back to me right away and we were scheduled within 48 hours. Joseph was on time and thoroughly explained everything. He also explained Oasis offers extended warranty simply by scheduling tegular service checks. Dan came to check our furnace out. He was prompt and quick. He gave me a couple reminders and was even kind to our dog!

**Great Service – Highly Recommend!** I had a great experience with Oasis Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. They recently serviced my heating system, humidifier, and radiant floor heating system. Joe and Damir arrived on time and were both professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They were thorough in their work and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. I also want to recognize Steve, one of their plumbers, who took the time to speak with me about a question I had regarding my radiant floor heating system. What impressed me most was that after our initial conversation, he gave it some additional thought and actually called me back with another idea about what might be happening. I really appreciated his initiative and follow-through. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of their service and the level of care they demonstrated. I would definitely recommend Oasis!

Oasis is a first class HVAC company. Oasis installed a new MagicPak unit for my condo in River North 1 year ago. Oasis completed the 1 year service as well. All of the services that Oasis provided were excellent. This includes system knowledge, system installation, office notifications for progress updates, check-ins for satisfaction responsiveness and price. If you need a new system, system repair or annual system service Oasis is your best choice!
