Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

The folks with Oasis showed up right on time and replaced my entire furnace and condenser in about 4.5 hours. I had just redone my laundry room where the furnace is and they took great care not to damage anything. Overall very happy with the service and very happy with how respectful the installers were.

Danny was able to assess the situation, provide an immediate fix, and even commit to returning Monday morning to provide additional services needed. Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. Amer and Steve got my old water heater up and running again, with some good advise on what was wrong, what they did to help get it working, a reality check on repair vs new, and a no-pressure quote for a new heater if/when that is necessary. Recommended.

Amer and Steve with Oasis were prompt, transparent and incredibly kind. They kept me informed about what they were doing, when they identified the issue they provided a quote for repair but did not pressure me to have it fixed immediately. I feel like they were honest and I recommend.
