I called Oasis this morning because my furnace was not working. Within 20 minutes their technician, Danny, arrived. Danny was able to assess the situation, provide an immediate fix, and even commit to returning Monday morning to provide additional services needed. Danny was friendly, informative, professional and FAST! I am thankful I called Oasis for my immediate heating needs and that Danny was the technician who arrived. Top notch service! Highly recommend.

The folks with Oasis showed up right on time and replaced my entire furnace and condenser in about 4.5 hours. I had just redone my laundry room where the furnace is and they took great care not to damage anything. Overall very happy with the service and very happy with how respectful the installers were.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Oasis Heating and Cooling are definitely the people I recommend for HVAC situations. They’ll be honest with you about what’s going on and what your options are. They may not be the absolute cheapest option but you get what you pay for, and one visit from them compared to multiple visits from someone who is dirt cheap is going to be worth it in the long run.

I have known Mike for over 25+ years. His crew has installed new heating and cooling systems for me, with vents and ductwork installation, hot water heaters and has serviced and maintained same over the years. They are reliable and always available when you need them. Recently, he replaced the heating and cooling system at my parent's house. He came out right away to assess and provide an estimate for the work and 3 days later my parents had their new system to initiate the winter season worry-free. We had a new AC and furnace replaced in our condo. The work was completed on a Monday. On Saturday morning, there was a lot of water coming down into the utility closet. We called in to the office immediately and since it was a holiday weekend, there was no availability until Tuesday morning. Saturday evening, as the dripping continued, it dripped into the pan the unit was sitting in, causing the safety switch to shut down the AC. We texted Naim, the estimator, who reached out to the GM. On Sunday morning, Mike and Alan came out to diagnose the problem. They found out that the new installation was not the problem. The water was coming from the condo unit above us. They went above and beyond by going to the unit and cleaning out the blocked pipe that was the source of the problem. This was done at no charge to us; pretty sure not yo the neighbors upstairs either. I would highly recommend Oasis.
