I have worked with Oasis twice before and both times they have been PHENOMENAL. They're quick, helpful, and actually care about what's best for you, not just what makes them the most money.

The first time, my AC went out last summer right before this big heat wave. Every other tech I had out told me I would have to replace the whole thing, and they couldn't do anything for me until after the slate of 95+ degree days we had coming up. Some told me that it would cost thousands to fix my current problem. Oasis came out and 10 minutes later, my tech Damir tells me he's fixed my AC by replacing a part -- he carries a spare in his bag. So he's patched it for the summer -- a $300 solution when I was prepared to spend $8,000+. He also walked me through what was wrong with the system, what would need to be replaced eventually, and how to keep the AC going through the rest of the summer. I felt his price was very reasonable (he even took a little bit off because he misspoke when he told me the original price) and he was able to truly help me, not try to get more money out of me.

So this spring, I called them to finally get the AC replaced. First, they came out to do the estimate and explained all the options to getting the AC up the 5th floor. They are very focused on making sure you have a good experience (when I suggested not craning it up all the way, they responded basically "no, that's silly, that would just cost you more money than you need to spend. We're not doing that").

They came out today and in the course of doing the work, found a previously undiscovered leak in the HVAC closet. They immediately called their plumbing team (Amer and Steve) who cancelled other calls to come and help. Amer and Steve thoroughly diagnosed the leak and fixed it fast. They spent almost an hour talking me through the issue and different next steps to get the mold dealt with. The AC work has been great so far -- the team had to move my appointment to Saturday to save me about $9,000 in fees to the city and have been very communicative about the change.

TL;DR: If you need a plumbing and heating company, Oasis should be your first call.

We hit furnace trouble on one of the coldest days of the year, and Oasis still got us in the same day—on-site within two hours of my call. Naem was our technician and was fantastic: kind, quick to diagnose, and had the heat running again in under 30 minutes. They also installed our rooftop A/C and did an excellent job. We’re really grateful for the whole Oasis team and their great service. Highly recommend them to anyone in Chicagoland.

Update 4/23/26: our furnace worked great the rest of the season! Also wanted to add we just had our AC serviced today by Joseph at Oasis and he was excellent. Timely, helpful, and laid out repairs that would likely be necessary in the next couple of years. Great service and we’re thankful for making us aware of what to plan for in the future!

Special recognition goes to Hani, and the technicians Damir, Amir, and Vaha. Incredibly efficient at the task, for the thorny HVAC installation. Amir assured me the most capable crane guy is coming to lift the AC to the rooftop through the trees. What was scheduled to be a full day project finished before noon after all testing. Especially Hani was different from our first meeting - he explained all the components clearly in a way that a layman can understand and I appreciated taking his time to walk me through his thought process and how he arrived at his proposal. It takes thorough experience on the actual job as a technician and leveraging that to face clients. Friendly guy and easy to talk to. After the task was done, his follow up service was top notch. Scheduling was great, but the service itself was lacking: technicians did not complete the task before leaving, instead offering a confusing explanation that was not true upon further research. Oasis is the best. We’ve been working with them for years. Recently had a furnace need to be replaced, and Fernando and Mark went way above and beyond. There were a number of complications throughout the process, and they stuck it out, figured out the problems, and did the work for the amount outlined in the estimate. Update on April 2026: had my second appointment with Joseph, who was absolutely amazing. I can always learn something useful from him to better care for my system. Highly recommend him and Oasis!

Glad I found Oasis to help me maintain my home heating and cooling system! From booking the first visit, to communicating the arrival time, Chris went up and above. My technician Joseph showed up on time and answered all my questions regarding my home furnace and humidifier. Will be working with them annually moving forward!

I had worked with Chris and the team a few months ago when my furnace stopped working and had a positive experience, so I reached out to them for what I thought was proactive maintenance on my AC. Turns out the whole thing had to be replaced (makes sense, it was very old). Naim(?) was super patient and kind with me as I asked a ton of questions to understand the situation - he had the same amount of patience when he came out to assess my broken furnace too!

Damir and team who came out to replace my AC were super kind as well, doing the job efficiently and even offered to help move my stuff back into the hallway after they were done.

Something that stood out to me about this process was the customer service - throughout the process, Mike kept me updated on scheduling, and the whole team overall were great to work with. I'm glad I found a reliable team for my HVAC needs moving forward!
