Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Excellent experience with Oasis. Our air conditioner went out during the hottest part of the summer. We had the company we always use - American Vintage Home - come out to diagnose the problem. They told us the part needed to be ordered. Fine. They took a deposit. We waited. And waited. I called multiple times. No new information. It was miserable in our home. After more than a week of waiting we reached out to Oasis to see if they could help. They communicated easily by text, which was just what we needed. They were so kind and understanding about our problem and the run-around with AmVintage, and got us on the schedule right away. Danny was our tech, and he was fantastic. He came, diagnosed the problem quickly (same issue we were waiting on a part for), and called the Oasis warehouse to confirm they had what we needed. We were so relieved that they had the part literally in-hand, and could install the next morning. Danny came back first thing the next morning and got our AC working again so quickly. He explained the issue to us and gave great advice on how to approach the maintenance going forward. After 2 weeks without air conditioning, it took Oasis less than 24 hours to get it working again. We couldn't be more pleased with the company and with Danny. We will be calling Oasis from now on.

I have been using Oasis Hearing & Cooling for years and they are consistently professional, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. A few years ago I had a new heating system installed and not only was it completed in a timely manner, they cleaned the entire closet ( floor and all). They really are a pleasure to work with. Had to call for service on a Sunday morning when my AC unit stopped working. From the minute Oasis picked up the phone, I felt like I called the right place. Within 15 minutes of giving my info to the call service I had a tech call me and set an appointment for 10am same day Naem was on time and took care of the problem quickly. He also checked the unit on the roof besides a complete inspection of the unit in the condo. He was very professional and courteous. And it was very fair pricing for an emergency call on a weekend. I will not hesitate to use Oasis again if there are future problems. 100% would recommend.
