My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. Several technicians have looked at it over the years, but no one could give me a clear explanation of what might be causing it. Vaha and Anel installed my new HVAC system THIS MORNING! It took them less than 4 hours. They were quiet, efficient and effective. They treated my dog, my Mom and I with the utmost respect. Upon completion they walked me through the furnace, the condenser and my programmable thermostat. Mike got back to me right away and we were scheduled within 48 hours. Joseph was on time and thoroughly explained everything. He also explained Oasis offers extended warranty simply by scheduling tegular service checks. Dan came to check our furnace out. **Great Service – Highly Recommend!** I had a great experience with Oasis Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. They recently serviced my heating system, humidifier, and radiant floor heating system. Joe and Damir arrived on time and were both professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They were thorough in their work and took the time to make sure everything was working properly. I also want to recognize Steve, one of their plumbers, who took the time to speak with me about a question I had regarding my radiant floor heating system. Oasis is a first class HVAC company. Oasis installed a new MagicPak unit for my condo in River North 1 year ago. Oasis completed the 1 year service as well. All of the services that Oasis provided were excellent. This includes system knowledge, system installation, office notifications for progress updates, check-ins for satisfaction responsiveness and price.
