Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. The OASIS team was fabulous in resolving our emergency and quickly installing a needed new compressor. The compressor was damaged when other workmen were working on a separate system at our house. We were imminently leaving the country. We urgently called Oasis. Mike quickly identified a new unit, ordered it and had it installed the next day. (July ‘26) Reached out as my AC went out. Was ghosted by Craig. Understand it was a holiday weekend. But no followup even the next week. Very disappointing.
