Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

We'd just moved into our new condo when we realized that none of the three toilets were working properly and a shower was backing up. Oasis was able to get us on the schedule quickly and the technician they sent out was great. Chris was super friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and best of all, left us with three working toilets and a draining shower. The previous owners had caused a variety of problems to the fixtures and plumbing. Chris diagnosed and resolved each mystery issue. He explained everything clearly and the appointment overall took far less time than I expected.

Incredible work by the Oasis team on our water heater and AC unit replacement. We found ourselves with an aggressive leak from an old AC unit and coil. We were without AC in the heat of August while hosting guests with young children. Hani was out immediately to get us an assessment and estimate. We were even able to schedule additional work we had been planning to save time/money. The very next morning Michael, Serge, and Nick were able to replace our rooftop AC unit, completely gut, replace, and rebuild our coil casing, and install a brand new water heater. Incredible work, very thorough explanations of work done, and thoughtful accommodations for young children and sleeping babies. Can’t recommend enough. The kids weekend was saved, thanks Oasis!!

Chris the English Plumber saved the day! Our tankless hot water heater got flooded from severe storms while we were out of town and was not working. We coordinated the appointment remotely, Chris disassembled and repaired the unit, and it was back up and running … on a holiday!

They explained on what they did and provided great information about our new furnace. Updated: Joseph from Oasis came for an AC maintenance. I told him that the unit has been making more noises than normal. He went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
