My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. Truer calling to schedule service, was picked up by an answering service 5 separate times and had to give the same information, answering service had to no records of previous call. Also tried texting them and was told, “I'll pass your message along and have someone get back to you as soon as possible.” Never received a reply. It should not be this difficult to give a company my business.

They were quick to arrive and I had my AC capacitor replaced within a couple of hours after it failed. Only the cost of the service which was $440 was on the higher end in my opinion but I would definitely seek their services again.

I called Oasis to come out as one of the AC units on the roof of our house makes very loud rumbling vibrations when it runs. I am so glad that I called Oasis; from the moment he arrived the technician, Hani, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and was able to figure out that the builder had installed the unit in such a way that the vibrations transfer into the roof structure, and that the unit itself was working normally. Hani was very up front about options we have to remedy this issue, and suggested that we start with changing out the plastic pad it is on and installing vibration isolating rubber padding for the unit to sit on. He did discuss several other "fixes" that we could consider if the padding doesn't work, but was confident it would help. Hopefully we can get the service scheduled soon and get it taken care of, so I can't rate/speak to the end-result yet, but my experience with Oasis so far has been phenomenal.

Oasis management team- Hani deserves recognition for representing your company extremely well. His attitude and professionalism made me want to continue working with your company going forward. If we get the vibration issues sorted out, I see no reason why I would ever call another HVAC company for our maintenance and emergency needs.

I used Oasis for both a/c maintenance and a water heater flushing. Guys were on time and very professional! Fair quote on both services..and didn't try to upsell me on things others had tried to do-luckily I have a friend that's a plumber and said what was needed. Will definitely be calling Oasis for future plumbing needs!
Appreciate the honesty. One other company gave me a ridiculous quote..for something I didn't need-won't mention any names-but all reviews mentioned how high their pricing was-do some research!

Had an EXCELLENT experience with Oasis plumbing. My AC went out right before this big heat wave. Every other tech I had out told me I would have to replace the whole thing, and they couldn't do anything for me until after the slate of 95+ degree days we had coming up. Some told me that it would cost thousands to fix my current problem. Oasis came out and 10 minutes later, my tech Damir tells me he's fixed my AC by replacing a part -- he carries a spare in his bag. So he's patched it for the summer -- a $300 solution when I was prepared to spend $8,000+. He also walked me through what was wrong with the system, what would need to be replaced eventually, and how to keep the ac going through the rest of the summer. I felt his price was very reasonable (he even took a little bit off because he misspoke when he told me the original price) and he was able to truly help me, not try to get more money out of me. The entire team at Oasis was very kind and accommodating -- they called me to offer me an earlier appointment slot and did their best to get me on the schedule on short notice.

About ten years ago, I had a problem with my furnace, found Oasis by chance and have used the company ever since. Last year, Damir and his crew installed a new furnace and cooling system, and a year after he did preventive maintenance. Damir is always very professional, punctual, friendly and also gives you helpful tips about how to use the system more efficiently.

The water heater in my rental unit broke on Monday and the great people at Oasis were able to come save the day early on Tuesday. Since it needed to be replaced, I was interested in getting a 40 gallon tank to replace the old 30 gallon tank that broke. Chris, one of their plumbers, worked with me over the phone and by text to determine whether a 40g would fit. (I sent photos and dimensions.) He was very patient, knowledgeable, and honest. Tuesday morning a couple guys from Oasis came over, fixed everything up, cleaned the area, and even moved some pipes around to make the 40 gallon tank fit. Everything is working perfectly so far. There's something about this business that inspires trust in me. They don't try to upsell. It just feels like a good old fashioned family business. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Oasis. The service Tech (Naem) was on time, very professional and super friendly. Naem went out of his way to find out why my compressor(AC) wasn't turning over. He tested the system and said it was only a faulty capacitor. He could have easily told me I needed a new compressor and that it would have costed $1000 or more to replace. I can't tell you how greatful I am for Naem's honesty. I have been using Oasis for a couple of years now and there service is top notch! Thanks
