Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

The folks with Oasis showed up right on time and replaced my entire furnace and condenser in about 4.5 hours. I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. Oasis installed our furnace a few years back and recently we've been experiencing some issues with a faulty flame sensor. Oasis listened to our concerns, diagnosed the issue, and implemented a fix professionally and economically. They made things right. We received amazing customer service from Natalia and Mike (the owner?) and the on-site technicians Damir and Amir were very thorough and patient describing the issue and potential causes as well as quickly implementing a fix. Fernando to the rescue. Oasis is a neighbor of mine and I had heard they were amazing. My furnace wasn’t working so I sent a request after hours and someone got back to me in minutes. Oasis has done preventive maintenance on my heater the last two years, and it’s been a very positive experience. Scheduling is easy, they are responsive, and have actual humans involved in the process! (I’m writing this on the heels of dealing with Xfinity, which was a nightmare). The technicians were right on time both times, nice people, and they do good work. Also, they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, which builds trust. I will use them again next year and in between if anything else comes up that’s in their wheelhouse.

Our technician Chris was prepared and easy to work with, as we had two jobs for him. After an estimate, he worked us into his schedule for the next day. He was on time each day and very efficient in how he completed his work. These were both plumbing repairs.

Due to the good work by Chris, when heating season came we had this firm check our heating season. Naim did the initial work and gave us good advice. But several weeks later a leaky humidifier shut down our system. Joseph came out at no charge to get the system working again. There was no charge even though this company had not installed the unit, nor did they cause the problem. Would definitely recommend them to others.
