The folks with Oasis showed up right on time and replaced my entire furnace and condenser in about 4.5 hours. I had just redone my laundry room where the furnace is and they took great care not to damage anything. Overall very happy with the service and very happy with how respectful the installers were.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Danny was able to assess the situation, provide an immediate fix, and even commit to returning Monday morning to provide additional services needed. I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Great experience with the company, as always. For the annual maintenance, Joseph showed up on time. He was very friendly, polite and professional. There were some minor issues with AC which he identified quickly and fixed them right away. I will definitely use this company again in the future.

I will never call another service. Everything about Oasis is 5 stars. When I called them just to get information about their services and schedule an appointment, the customer service representative was informative and courteous. I also delightfully surprised that they could schedule a 7 AM appointment so I didn’t have to miss any work. On the day of my appointment, Joseph arrived at 7 exactly! He was also courteous, informative, and efficient. He sealed the deal on me being a lifetime customer of Oasis. I highly recommend everyone give this outfit a lot of consideration when deciding who to call. You won’t regret it.

I have been using Oasis for several years. They installed my Space Pak a/c system, as well as (later) a new hot water heater. They service my boiler and the Space Pak and the hot water heater, on a regular basis. Communication is always excellent. Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. And those few times when I've had an emergency, they've been there quickly (and times where I've had concerns, only to determine that it was my stupidity, they haven't charged me for the visits).
