Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. Demir from Oasis was GREAT. Accommodating and figured our issue out QUICKLY. I could tell he had been doing this a long time. He also trouble shot the part that was the issue BEFORE COMING. This was great as he assessed and fixed quickly.. He climbed up a 23 foot ladder to take care of the work. I have used Oasis for the last 13 years. Highly recommend.

I've used Oasis multiple times and each time their service has been excellent. I've used them to replace an A/C and electric furnace in my condo, replacing the gas furnace in my house, and most recently replacing the A/C in my house. I've also used them for regular system checks and diagnostics. What really sets Oasis apart is the personal accountability from the top down. The owner, Mike, has personally stopped by to make sure everything was handled right, and he genuinely goes above and beyond to meet your needs. The best example was when my A/C went out right at the start of a Chicago heat wave. Instead of putting me on a long waiting list like other companies would, Mike helped expedite a fast replacement to get the house cool again right away. Between handling the condo, the house, and dealing with unexpected breakdowns, they have never let me down. They even seamlessly followed all the strict rules and scheduling requirements set by my condo association. Their prices are very reasonable, they are always punctual, they don’t try to upsell you on things you don't need, and they leave the place clean. Finding an HVAC contractor in the city you can actually trust is tough, but Oasis has absolutely earned my repeat business.
