Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

This is an honest company with superior service. They were at my home within 2 hours from the time I called. My technician, Damir, was fantastic. He diagnosed my furnace issue quickly and knew exactly what he was doing. Extremely polite and knowledgeable. I give Oasis my highest recommendation.

I will never call another service. Everything about Oasis is 5 stars. When I called them just to get information about their services and schedule an appointment, the customer service representative was informative and courteous. I also delightfully surprised that they could schedule a 7 AM appointment so I didn’t have to miss any work. On the day of my appointment, Joseph arrived at 7 exactly! He was also courteous, informative, and efficient. He sealed the deal on me being a lifetime customer of Oasis. My Nest thermostat wiring and furnace configuration needed attention, and they handled it quickly and professionally.

Joseph, the technician, came over to do a maintenance checkup for our 1-year old furnace and to the replace the damper on our Aprilaire humidifier. Joseph replaced the humidifier damper and showed me how to do it myself. After Joseph inspected my furnace he pointed out a potential problem with the compressor. He said that the compressor was overheating and needed to be watched. I live in a condo and will recommend Oasis to my neighbors
