I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I was incredibly impressed with my first interaction with Oasis Heating and Cooling. On a Sunday morning, we woke up to a broken air conditioner. That particular day was over 90 degrees and extremely humid, and we were hosting a birthday party for my 1-year-old son. With a large number of guests arriving in the next two hours, the AC breakdown couldn't have happened at a worse time.I called various heating and cooling companies across the city, but none were available on a Sunday, and the next available appointments were not until the following week. Incredibly responsive on a Saturday at the start of a 3-day heat wave. They were able to come out the same day a few hours after I called and they quickly diagnosed what was wrong with one A/C unit not blowing cold air (it wasn’t what I thought it was). The technician fixed the problem (dead capacitor) and performed a full cleaning and check up on both A/C units’ condensers and coolant charges. He took before & after pictures of everything and explained each issue to me during the process – – very reassuring. Expensive, but if you ask for a discount, they were friendly about obliging.Professional, polite, articulate, and thorough.

I called at 10:30 at night - they answer the phone 24 hours - and chose not to have emergency service but Mike called me at 7:04 in the morning to schedule a time THAT SAME DAY to repair my unit. He came out at 9:30 am, diagnosed it right away, and brought the right part with him "because it's usually this part" to make a fast repair. Fast, simple, done. Plus Mike is about the nicest guy you can meet when you are stressed out about the potential of an unforeseen major repair.

Last week my AC condenser finally gave out and I called Oasis to get an estimate on replacing the unit. My water heater and furnace had also been on my mind to replace this year, and Oasis was able to quickly give me an estimate, to tweak it slightly to meet my request for increased energy efficiency, and were able to install all 3 pieces of equipment and test them in 1 day. I had a great experience working with their team, including Damir, who advised on what equipment types were ideal for the space I had available, and Vaha and Anel, who made sure the installation was smooth, clean, and helped configure my new thermostat as well. There was a minor fix needed to complete the work, and they came back quickly the next day to resolve it. I spoke to the owner, Mike, several times throughout the process and he was always quick to pick up the phone and respond immediately to make sure things were going well. Would definitely recommend working with Oasis.

My A/C unit was ancient and as usually happens, sprung a leak two days before a heat wave hit. I emailed on Thursday night not expecting a response until Friday but Mike responded within a few minutes, Naem was at my place on Saturday morning, and Fernando and Mike installed my new unit on Monday.My experience with everyone was fantastic and impressed is an understatement. Oasis Heating and Cooling have been so helpful to us. A couple of years ago they replaced our heater during a cold snap, and now they have saved us from the heatwave. Our AC went out Saturday afternoon, and they responded to my service request within an hour and had a tech out Sunday morning. Naem assessed the problem, recommended a new unit (ours was more than 15 years old), and installed a temporary replacement part to carry us through until the installation crew could replace the unit on Wednesday. That crew was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Though the installation took twice the time estimated because they had to rebuild some of the exhaust chimney, the final price was as in the estimate—no extra charges for labor time. Strongly recommend!

Originally called because the A/C unit in my condo wasn’t working and I was looking up HVAC companies who were located in downtown Chicago and had good reviews. I made the call late Saturday afternoon and Mike the owner was able to come over on Monday morning to check everything out. He soon realized that my I needed to have my 23 year-old HVAC system completely replaced. He quoted a price for replacement (I asked around and the price Mike gave was very fair). I called back later on Monday and he was able to schedule the full HVAC system replacement on Thursday morning. I was relieved that they had availability so soon, especially for a large job. The team arrived on Thursday morning and worked quickly to get it done. There were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. By the afternoon, I finally had cold air flowing, just in time for a heat wave to hit the following week. I would absolutely call Oasis again for any HVAC issues.

Oasis did a great job and they were very responsive. I wanted to install a tankless water heater and they contacted the manufacturer to find out if it was possible. There was some water damage they created, but they paid to have it fixed. No issue
