Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. We bought our house in January knowing our furnace and ac unit were old and needing replacing but hoping we could get a couple years out of it. Not the case, we called Oasis on Thursday, a technician was here Saturday morning and let us know we’d need them replaced sooner than we’d home Naim (maybe spelling that wrong) was super informative and answered all of our questions. Melissa got us schedule for Tuesday morning quickly! Today Fernando, Serge, and Joel showed up and installed everything and then cleaned up after themselves! Serge, Damir, and Samir worked at my business to replace my 20+ year old HVAC system. It was a tricky job as there was an odd placement for my HVAC system. Damir came out to assess what was wrong with my unit and explained what was going on and listened to my concerns about replacing the old unit. I was very nervous that they'd have to cut a giant hole in my kitchen wall, and they found a solution by moving the unit in and out of the closet ceiling to avoid a large drywall repair in my kitchen. They did a fantastic job keeping the work space clean and tidy- when they left, they left my space spotless with a new HVAC! It works great and I'd highly recommend Oasis!
