I called Oasis this morning because my furnace was not working. Within 20 minutes their technician, Danny, arrived. Danny was able to assess the situation, provide an immediate fix, and even commit to returning Monday morning to provide additional services needed. Danny was friendly, informative, professional and FAST! I am thankful I called Oasis for my immediate heating needs and that Danny was the technician who arrived. Top notch service! I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. Joseph, the technician, came over to do a maintenance checkup for our 1-year old furnace and to the replace the damper on our Aprilaire humidifier. Joseph replaced the humidifier damper and showed me how to do it myself. After Joseph inspected my furnace he pointed out a potential problem with the compressor. He said that the compressor was overheating and needed to be watched. I live in a condo and will recommend Oasis to my neighbors

Oasis has done preventive maintenance on my heater the last two years, and it’s been a very positive experience. Scheduling is easy, they are responsive, and have actual humans involved in the process! (I’m writing this on the heels of dealing with Xfinity, which was a nightmare). The technicians were right on time both times, nice people, and they do good work. Also, they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, which builds trust. I will use them again next year and in between if anything else comes up that’s in their wheelhouse.
