Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Danny was able to assess the situation, provide an immediate fix, and even commit to returning Monday morning to provide additional services needed. Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. Amer and Steve with Oasis were prompt, transparent and incredibly kind. They kept me informed about what they were doing, when they identified the issue they provided a quote for repair but did not pressure me to have it fixed immediately. I feel like they were honest and I recommend.

I found a concern for a leak. We went to the office to see if it was something they should assess and the team scheduled an appt with me first thing in AM the next day. Oasis came through for us when our furnace went out in the middle of the night this January while our dog sitter was here and we were out of town. They showed up within 8 hours and installed a part to get it through the weekend until they could come back for the full replacement. A few months later, Damir returned to help install a new thermostat when the old one started acting up. Overall one of the better experiences I've had with a service company in my 10 years in the city. Hats off to the Oasis team, and thanks again to Damir.
