They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. My AC was not working when I woke up in my home this past Saturday. I called Oasis and Damir called me soon after saying he was 20 minutes out. He arrived and took a look, and was able to diagnose the issue right away with a new capacitor. The diagnosis and work in total took about 30 minutes. I cannnot recommend Oasis Heating & Cooling more! We have used them twice so far. Once for installing 2 HVACs in our city townhouse, requiring a crane and removal of old units. The process was smooth all the way through. Hani and his team were professional and communicated well from estimate to completion. Following that experience, we continued with maintenance of our HVACs with Oasis over several years.This month, we just purchased a home in Chicago. The previous homeowner had at least 1 dog and left visible dog hair throughout the home. After cleaning the house, I looked in the vents and found more dog hair. We decided to call Oasis for a Vent Cleaning estimate, a relatively new service they provide. Although their schedule was full with A/C jobs, they fit us in because we hadn't yet moved in, so access to the vents was easier. Vaha, Kike, Fernando and their team were amazing, particularly on a warm and humid day, which you can't run AC while the cleaning is in process. They went above and beyond fixing and replacing vent covers that were reversed throughout the house. Again, they communicated through the entire process and took care of everything that came up during the service.We did get estimates from other vent cleaners who offer initially low looking rates, but then charge per vent that they clean or have other ways of making the price difference up. I also found some of them to be uncaring and/or pushy about their service - very "take it or leave it" attitudes. Oasis is reasonable with a per HVAC charge that includes all vents that are connected to that HVAC. Their equipment is top notch and their staff - from estimate to completion are caring and professional.I would not hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend their services! This is a fantastic company!

I was incredibly impressed with my first interaction with Oasis Heating and Cooling. On a Sunday morning, we woke up to a broken air conditioner. That particular day was over 90 degrees and extremely humid, and we were hosting a birthday party for my 1-year-old son. With a large number of guests arriving in the next two hours, the AC breakdown couldn't have happened at a worse time.I called various heating and cooling companies across the city, but none were available on a Sunday, and the next available appointments were not until the following week. I will always call Oasis Heating and Cooling first from now on! My air conditioning stopped working during a heat wave and after being told I needed a whole new furnace unit, and that I probably should replace the AC too, I decided to call Oasis to compare quotes before spending $8000+. Incredibly responsive on a Saturday at the start of a 3-day heat wave. They were able to come out the same day a few hours after I called and they quickly diagnosed what was wrong with one A/C unit not blowing cold air (it wasn’t what I thought it was). The technician fixed the problem (dead capacitor) and performed a full cleaning and check up on both A/C units’ condensers and coolant charges. He took before & after pictures of everything and explained each issue to me during the process – – very reassuring. Expensive, but if you ask for a discount, they were friendly about obliging.Professional, polite, articulate, and thorough.

Mike & Aiden came out to assess what others had diagnosed as an uncharged condenser, missing wires, and a faulty thermostat. The root cause of the issue was quickly identified, a solution was agreed upon that got our A/C running immediately, and the work was completed timely. Excellent Company, Great Service. I had a central AC unit crap out the night before a heat wave. I called at 10:30 at night - they answer the phone 24 hours - and chose not to have emergency service but Mike called me at 7:04 in the morning to schedule a time THAT SAME DAY to repair my unit. He came out at 9:30 am, diagnosed it right away, and brought the right part with him "because it's usually this part" to make a fast repair. Fast, simple, done. Plus Mike is about the nicest guy you can meet when you are stressed out about the potential of an unforeseen major repair.
