I called Oasis this morning because my furnace was not working. Within 20 minutes their technician, Danny, arrived. Danny was able to assess the situation, provide an immediate fix, and even commit to returning Monday morning to provide additional services needed. Danny was friendly, informative, professional and FAST! I am thankful I called Oasis for my immediate heating needs and that Danny was the technician who arrived. Top notch service! Highly recommend.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. You can’t beat that!!! I will be using Oasis for all my future furnace and A/C needs.

Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

The folks with Oasis showed up right on time and replaced my entire furnace and condenser in about 4.5 hours. I had a great experience with Oasis. Our furnace had issues on Thursday night and Oasis came at 7am the next morning, and we found out we needed a new one. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. Within 36 hours we had a brand new furnace and the installation team did a great job communicating on their work and how to use the furnace. The owner, Mike, and his team are great and I really appreciated the attention they gave to this matter. I would highly recommend and will only go to them in the future.

Well, had Oasis out in November for a new furnace and today for a hot water heater that died (and leaked). They are always responsive and Chris did a great job answering my questions. I didn't realize they have a licensed plumber on staff to do this work. Very helpful!

This company is incredibly responsive and professional. They installed two new furnaces and AC units in 2021 in our home. This wasn’t the easiest with one of the furnaces in the attic. They did an excellent job and the units have been working really well. Today, they did some maintenance service on the furnaces and again were friendly, super helpful and very knowledgeable. This is a great company to work with!

Just an update, 12/9/25. We had the units serviced today and Joseph was great. He texted before he arrived allowing me time to put the dogs in kitchen. He was right on time, quick and efficient, and he communicated really well. Plus, he answered all my questions. Really like this company!

Top tier service! My son has been experiencing a lot of allergies lately and we decided to reach out to Oasis Heating and Cooling to do an air vent cleaning. Having vents cleaned for a 6 bedroom and 5 bath house is not going to be cheap so we were not shocked that it was costly: it’s not just a quick job, it’s an all day job that requires 4 employees to come out, carry a massive machine in the house, close off all the vents and then do whatever they do to clean the actual vents. The team arrived at 7 am- we were a household that doesn’t wear shoes but they came ready with shoe covers which was really nice because I didn’t prepare any for them. They got straight to work- they were very professional but also very patient and kind to my children who had 1000 questions for them and even challenged them to squats and pushups. The team worked diligently from one room to another and cleaning up after themselves. They took a break for lunch and then came back to finish the job. I was just impressed how they took care of the equipment but were also respectful of our home and made sure to clean up after themselves- triple checking that they put things back and cleaned up. We are very satisfied with their service and work ethic- we highly recommend them.

Two years ago there was a major snow storm on Christmas eve. It was so cold outside (-22 degrees) that the condensation rising from the pipe froze our vent exhaust pipe and caused our attic furnace to shut down. We called Oasis heating and cooling because we have two small children, one that was a baby at the time and the team was at our doorstep the next morning at 6 am to fix it. I could cry right now writing this because our house was freezing and they had a hundred calls coming in that day but because they knew we have small children, came out immediately. You never forget companies like that and their commitment to service, professionalism and kindness. Thank you Oasis Heating and Cooling for everything!

I will never call another service. Everything about Oasis is 5 stars. When I called them just to get information about their services and schedule an appointment, the customer service representative was informative and courteous. I also delightfully surprised that they could schedule a 7 AM appointment so I didn’t have to miss any work. On the day of my appointment, Joseph arrived at 7 exactly!
