Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. I have been a happy client of Oasis for a number of years now and today’s visit from Naim was one of the best. Our AC went out on Saturday night, I posted a service request at about 8pm and Naim arrived Sunday right on time at 11:30am. He quickly diagnosed the problem and showed me the blown capacitor. Not only did Naim repair the unit quickly and cleanly, he also explained why it happened and gave me some pointers on how to improve the energy efficiency of my AC usage.
