I have had very good experiences with Mike and his team over the years at Oasis HVAC. A few years ago when we first moved into the house, another HVAC company provided maintenance to the system while disconnecting the overflow drain switch on the AC coil pan. Therefore the unit ran for days and flooded our downstairs DEN. Oasis saved the day, reinstalling the switch and fixing the system. Now our old system is 19 years old and makes no sense to pay $1,000 to fix it so yesterday we decided to replace it.

Mike came out to look at the old central air and heating furnace unit which is in the upstairs of our bungalow. Seated horizontally, it was going to take a lot of work to get the old unit out and the new unit in. We selected the American Standard (highest rated in the industry a.k.a. Trane) 80K BTU 2 stage furnace/central air and an American Standard 3.5 ton 13 seer A/C unit outside. The team of 5 guys came out to install it just 4 days after signing the contract promptly at 7:00am and completed the entire job at 2:30pm. They had originally thought it would take a day and a half. I also elected the annual maintenance which they come out 2 times per year and will also cover labor, along with manufacturer's hardware warranty for 10 years.

The units are EXTREMELY quiet, you cannot even hear them run. Especially being outside and entertaining the patio. My electric bills are also expected to decrease significantly. The 19 year old previous system originally purchased from Sears was costing an additional $400/month just to run in the summer to to mention the old freon was $220.00 per pound.

I am VERY satisfied with Oasis HVAC, quality product, quality service, attention to detail, professional and courteous. They also don't change extra for after hours emergency maintenance and have been easy to reach in the time of need and arrive at the house in 1-2 hours after creating an appointment.

Oasis Heating and Cooling have serviced my HVAC systems for many years. They have been an excellent company for us. This past winter our furnace went out late on a very cold Saturday night. We called Oasis at 10pm; they offered to send out someone that evening or we could have them come first thing in the morning. We opted for early Sunday morning - Damir was at our door at 6:30am on Sunday morning. He fixed the unit and restored our heat.
This past week one of our 12 year old AC units stopped working and we contacted Oasis. They sent Damir and his son to check out the unit. After determining the problem and discussing repair vs replace we opted replace. They had the new unit in place and working two days later.
Oasis has a wonderful preferred service program that provides discounts for customers who sign up for the annual check up and cleaning service on the heating and cooling units. It saved us $500+ on the new AC unit!
If you want an HVAC company that answers the phone, shows up on time, has very knowledgeable and skilled technicians, and genuinely values and takes care of their customers this should be your company.

I recently hired Oasis to replace three AC units and a furnace. I have to say that the entire process went very smoothly. From job quoting to signing the contract, to office communication scheduling the job dates, then to getting the systems installed, Oasis team is very organized and efficient. On the days of the job (took two days since multiple systems were being replaced), the installation crew, Fernando and Michael (there was another gentleman on the second day, sorry, I didn’t get his name) showed up on time, removed the old and installed the new systems seamlessly. They were very friendly, patiently answered all my questions, and cleaned everything after the job was done.

One extra note I want to add is that during the quoting process, I mentioned a small pipe leaking problem with one of the water heaters in the property. The owner Mike agreed to fix this small issue free of charge (thanks, Mike). The office sent a plumbing technician out on a separate day to get it fixed. This gentleman was also very friendly, professional, and got the job done neatly. Overall, Oasis definitely made me feel that they are the kind of company who stands behind their work, who I can trust when there is a HVAC or plumbing need.

Called about replacing entire hvac system, was able to get a quote immediately over the phone with just pictures of our current system, being spring before and after the busy season the quote was very fair and what I was expecting, in line with the previous replacements I’ve done on other properties. Scheduled service for when was convenient for us and worked for them. In at 8am and complete by 2pm.
New unit tested out much more efficient than the much older previous system and no surprises in cost or services not quoted.
