Oasis is great! My furnace is almost 30 years old and for a reasonable price they were able to do the repairs. First Danny came to evaluate. He showed me what was wrong. They had to order the necessary parts to fix it. Today Hani and Fernando came to do the repair. They were efficient and courteous. I will definitely use Oasis in the future.

Oasis was incredibly responsive and efficient! My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. They provided all the necessary information to our condo building so we could get an emergency replacement on Saturday morning. I recently bought a condo and needed to get my furnace serviced for the winter. The first company I hired came out but told me they couldn’t service my furnace after seeing it was located in the ceiling. I called Oasis and their technician had no problem accessing and servicing my furnace. Later when I needed to change the filter in the furnace, it was hard for me to access and change. I called Oasis at 7 pm one night for help to get it changed. The technician Hani stopped by to change the filter for me the very next morning and Oasis didn’t even charge me! I’ve also hired a plumber through Oasis to fix an issue with my toilet. He was very helpful and I’ve had no issues since. I plan on using Oasis for all my HVAC needs.

We’ve been using Oasis for our annual maintenance for many years and have always had a great experience. Naem usually services our hvac and ac and is punctual, polite and very thorough. Their scheduling and billing system is perfect as well.Update: Just had them install a new furnace and was once again very pleased with the experience. Naem explained why we needed a new furnace and Fernando and Michael did a great job with the install. They were professional, polite and the job was done in a timely manner. 10/25/2024 edit: Two gripes I'm adding on here. I wish you can schedule online without having to wait for a reply or an email back and forth. I believe they had it at one point and then it went away.And two, I had a thermostat installation on Tuesday morning by Hani. Great service, super professional. But I didn't get a receipt emailed to me until I asked for it on Friday afternoon (because I needed it for rebate for Comed & People's Gas). And I was made to feel like I was a bother when I followed up my email with a phone call. Well, I wouldn't be emailing and calling if I got the receipt at least within the same day my credit card got charged. When I had my HVAC serviced about a month or two ago, I got the receipt within a minute of me paying. Not sure what was different this time.I’ve used Oasis for a couple of years now. They are wonderfully on time and easy to schedule with. Always very professional and makes sure to let me know about everything they see. I’ll keep on using them for the foreseeable future.

I arrived home on a Friday evening to find a furnace gas leak in my downstair's tenant apartment. People's Gas quickly turned off the gas, and Oasis came the next morning to investigate the problem. Given the age of the furnace I was not surprised that it needed replacement. They were able to start and finish the new installation on Monday afternoon. I really appreciated that my tenant did not have long to wait before heat was restored.

These boys were very professional, polite, kind, and oh my god clean. They did such a good job. I called during the middle of a heatwave when my A/C died. Mike quoted me on Monday and Installed on Tuesday. Very affordable and have very competitive pricing. I got three other quotes, that were just outrageous compared to Oasis. The pricing was very fair, especially for this economy. When the furnace finally dies I know where I’m getting my new one. I can’t say enough GREAT things about this company and their service. They sent someone same day to service our broken air conditioning unit. We are supposed to have 90+ degree weather this weekend so we really appreciated how quickly they came. When my furnace started failing this past winter I contacted multiple HVAC contractors. Oasis was the only contract who didn't try to sell me on an immediate replacement. They cleaned the unit which got it working well enough to last another winter. They also provided a no-frills quote that the least expensive of their competitors. My AC was not working when I woke up in my home this past Saturday. I called Oasis and Damir called me soon after saying he was 20 minutes out. He arrived and took a look, and was able to diagnose the issue right away with a new capacitor. The diagnosis and work in total took about 30 minutes. I cannnot recommend Oasis Heating & Cooling more! We have used them twice so far. Once for installing 2 HVACs in our city townhouse, requiring a crane and removal of old units. The process was smooth all the way through. Hani and his team were professional and communicated well from estimate to completion. Following that experience, we continued with maintenance of our HVACs with Oasis over several years.This month, we just purchased a home in Chicago. The previous homeowner had at least 1 dog and left visible dog hair throughout the home. After cleaning the house, I looked in the vents and found more dog hair. We decided to call Oasis for a Vent Cleaning estimate, a relatively new service they provide. Although their schedule was full with A/C jobs, they fit us in because we hadn't yet moved in, so access to the vents was easier. Vaha, Kike, Fernando and their team were amazing, particularly on a warm and humid day, which you can't run AC while the cleaning is in process. They went above and beyond fixing and replacing vent covers that were reversed throughout the house. Again, they communicated through the entire process and took care of everything that came up during the service.We did get estimates from other vent cleaners who offer initially low looking rates, but then charge per vent that they clean or have other ways of making the price difference up. I also found some of them to be uncaring and/or pushy about their service - very "take it or leave it" attitudes. Oasis is reasonable with a per HVAC charge that includes all vents that are connected to that HVAC. Their equipment is top notch and their staff - from estimate to completion are caring and professional.I would not hesitate to use them again and strongly recommend their services! This is a fantastic company!
