My call to them on a Friday night during a cold spell was returned within 10 minutes and he scheduled a tech to come to my home at 7 the following morning. At 7 the tech was there, examined my furnace confirming that a new motor was necessary. He searched for the part, sent a quote and returned with the motor by noon the same day to install it. Oasis is an outstanding HVAC contractor. We've used them for our home since 2015 and they always offer quick, reliable service. On their recent AC spring maintenance call at our 2-flat they identified that both of our 13-year-old water heaters are were leaking and in need of replacement, as was one of our AC units. They scheduled the work in less than a week and did the 3 jobs in about 5 hours from beginning to end. We received a good price and the work was well done. We highly recommend Oasis!
